Great facilities both in the room (studio) and within the hotel itself. Sheets were of a lovely quality, breakfast was full of options. Rooms were quiet! All in all perfect for us and we'd definitely stay again 👌

Great place to stay in lille

Great location with plenty of room, lovely staff and felt very secure. Plenty of bars and restaurants on its door step so don't feel like it's lacking in the car department plus you can utilise the kitchen

From the staff at the front desk to the cleaniness of the room, my friend and I's stay was excellent. The hotel being close to the town centre was a major bonus as everything was in close proximity. I'd highly recommend this hotel. Not only for the attentive and lovely staff, but the level of comfort you'll receive.

It offered the kitchen services we wanted but front desk hotel service as well. The management was most helpful in extending our stay during the busy Olympic period. The breakfast bar was exceptional. Clean. Lots of options, especially the boiled egg cooker! We stayed in two different units both of which featured cheerful modern design. We worried about the hot summer months but found the rooms very comfortable.

Fantastic hotel, great location, careful parking!

The room was great. We had two adults and two teenage children and there was plenty of space. Room was really clean and well equipped. The only frustration was the neaby parking. We were advised of the cost per 24 hours. However, that only lasts for the first 24 hours, and is double thebprielce thereafter. So be careful. Otherwise, the hotel was perfect for a family, central to Lille

Really good - good location, nice clean and comfortable room with everything we needed. The staff went above and beyond - huge thank you to the cleaning and reception staff who were so incredibly helpful and friendly! Free coffee in the morning from the ‘bean to cup’ coffee machine and soy milk available. Very good value

New property with modern design and large apartments. The public areas are cozy and functional and the apartments are roomy and well equipped. Difficult to stop with the car in front of the building, so if you have a lot of heavy luggage, try and unload somewhere near before heading to the public carpark.

Great studio, everything you needed and in good condition. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The kitchen area in the studio was great with your own dishwasher and an oven downstairs in a great reception area with additional kitchen facilities. Free coffee and water 24 hours a day. Bathroom was large with a double size shower. The hotel is just next to the Grand Place and so very central

Breakfast was good. Rooms were dirty in corners, hairs on accent pillows, limited extra pillows and no additional available at front desk. Terrible smell from drain, dishwasher in kitchen.
