Very convenient apartment for a short stay with two kids and two adults, the kids loved the bunk beds. The staff were very helpful and gave us excellent suggestions for restaurants, and helped us by getting us taxis.

Apartment hotel. Room is very spacious. Coin laundry available at level1. Hotel location is walkable distance to multi stations of various Tokyo metro lines.

Frank opinion

Not much food choice located around the hotel. Room is smaller than shown in picture. No washing machine in room, hotel has 3 laundry machines and 3 dryers for all the residents, led to a long queue. Recommend to wash after midnight. No view from the window, just another building. Pillows too soft, but bed was firm. Staff at ground floor was friendly and speaks English. Good house keeping. Overall a clean hotel.

More than 15mins walk to Tokyo or Ginza station. It’s not near when pushing luggages. Sub-station is about 8mins walk. Staff is very friendly and nice. Location is the factor that is making me think twice if I will book again.

Convenient location, and the rooms are very clean and spacious. Our family of 4 had a great stay there. The staff speaks English so that is a plus point too. Overall we had a good time in Mimaru and we will definitely stay there again when we return to Japan!

Great pokémon theme room.

Pokémon theme room was great. It’s more like service apartment. We like that there is a dining space compared to small hotel. However, it is not very close to any station. Pushing luggage from Tokyo station takes ard 25mins.

Recent year end trip to Tokyo

New hotel with clean room and facilities. Walking distance to 4 different metro lines and nearby convenient stores. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Room equiped with portable phone which we used when we are out. Very handy. Room size is reasonable for 4 big adults with comfortable beds and enough space for 2 large, 2 medium and 1 small luggages

I chose this hotel because of the family room with an in-room projector and bunk beds for my two children who are 8yo and 11yo. The availability of coin washers and dryers are also a bonus. However, what we don't like is the distance to the train stations (at least 10min walk) which do not have elevators at the exits/entries. This is very inconvenient for families with children and travelling with many luggage (for winter, it's worst pushing the luggage long distances in the cold). Also, the area is not close to the major shopping areas like Tokyo Station, Shibuya or Shinjuku, which would offer us more vibrant shopping and nightlife.

Wonderful family hotel.

This is a very family friendly hotel that is close to the Metro for connectivity. The rooms are very clean and spacious and comes with a kitchenette for cooking. There is a laundry for washing clothes and a fruit stall facing the front door. Great stay!

Lovely apart-hotel with well-equipped kitchenette located about a 10-minute walk away from the main shopping street (Chuo Dori). The hotel is in a quiet and safe part of town yet still within walking distance to all the action, bright lights, and bustling streets. Between Chuo Dori and the hotel, there are several little eateries/cafes and convenience stores… and just in front of the hotel, there is a small but busy grocery store that sells all the essentials you’ll need to cook yourself a nice Asian meal from scratch (e.g., rice, tofu, chicken/pork, fresh vegetables etc.). We stayed four nights in a four single bed apartment. The room layout was thoughtfully planned to maximise space, and we really appreciated the dining area. Front desk staff were always super friendly, relaxed and very welcoming. The Kuro-go baggage delivery service that the hotel offered was fantastic – it made the trip to the airport an absolute breeze. Thank you so much for a very pleasant stay, Hotel Mimaru Tokyo Ginza East!

Mimaru hotel/apartments have always been our go-to hotel for our family of 4, as we like to stay together in one room. The rooms are big and we love that is has a dining table, a kitchen and cooking equipments. The only thing we do not like is that they clean the room only every 3 days, but we do understand the reason behind it.
