It was clean and within walking distance of the Beach. The only thing is the Palms is the name of the Building not the actual hotel which is called Hollywood which we thaught we where t the wrong place. It was another resident which walked us to the office which the GPS address seems to drop us off at another named location on another parrelle street. Other then that It still gets a 5 star, they just need bigger and clear signs as to where to find the office and the different buildings with other names.
