The property is located on top of a lovely restaurant. If you need anything you have to ask the staff to call the property manager. The response time is very good and staff at the restaurant are fantastic!

Beautiful little apartment in one of the most convenient parts of the old town, 2 minutes walk inside the main gate. Nicely furnished, great aircon, and good communication with the lady who gave us the keys. It is directly above and opposite restaurants on a side street but surprisingly quiet anyway - the double glazing is very effective.

We met the owner on arrival on time. We were walked to our room and provided with lots of advice and guidance regards services, eateries, sight's to see. All in all a great host and accommodation meeting our needs.

Outstanding stay at Roko House

Loved staying at Roko House! The location is unbeatable, right in Old Town, and Llerca made our checkin very easy! The hotel restaurant has excellent food, friendly service, and great prices, and there are also many food options within a couple of minutes. I would definitely stay here again!!!

This was a wonderful haven of peace in a very beautiful but very busy area. Everything was very clean and comfortable and it was great having the studio as it gave us space to eat there if we wanted. The restaurant at the bottom of the stairs was great too. Brilliant location, right in the heart of the old city.

This property was in a fantastic location in the old town. The room was lovely, clean and had the essentials in the kitchen area. For us the roof terrace was a definite bonus giving amazing views over the city. Staff were friendly and helpful with suggestion for local attractions. Communication through expedia chat was very quick. would highly recommend.

The Roko has all the character of a small boutique hotel. The staff did a great welcoming us for a five-night stay. Erica pointed out the best places to see first, which set us up for great time. Cleanliness was up to standard. Would I recommend to our most discerning friends? Yes.

Hotel was a little hard to find with only a small sign on a door into a restaurant but this is the standard. Large signs would spoil the atmosphere. Roof top patio was great. Only problem was that we were told at checkout time we could only pay in cash

Door handles was broken and took several attempts by property to fix! Had to ask for clean towels. Bedding was not charged daily. Small accommodations and very poor service. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone!!

Nice small hotel in old town

Nice upstairs rooms in old town. Very fair pricing. Restaurant downstairs open for lunch and dinner; good food; discount since we were staying in hotel. Bathroom and shower small, but everything worked. Some street noise, but manageable.

I really enjoyed my stay here! Host was excellent upon check-in, showing me a map of the city and highlighting key things to see and do—along with local grocery stores and other important things to note! Room was perfect size and very clean. As this place is in the heart of the Old Town, there are restaurants below, so you can hear some noise from the outside at night but it’s minimal when the windows are closed. Very walkable to everything and would highly recommend this place.

Fantastic property right in the middle of the old town so easy access to all the local area. Room was very nice and spacious, clean and perfect for the duration. The lady/owner who met us was very helpful and informative. The restaurant below, Nico’s Trattoria was fantastic and we enjoyed dining there on 3 occasions. Great and very friendly staff who have a good working relationship with the Roko House owner. 5star all around, highly recommended.
