The hotel is located close to metro station and about 10-15min from city centre. Rooms are rather clean, but bathrooms need renovation (especially showers). We didn't get breakfasts despite the information that it is included. There are 24h shop and restaurant next to the hotel.

風邪を引いてしまい、その症状をロシア語で書いてくれたり、とてもありがたかったです。しかしながら、インターネット上では、ランドリーマシンが設置されていたり、床屋、インターネットルームやサウナがあった。これらの施設の撤去を行っているのならば、これも削除してほしかった。

Hotel is not expensive, good location. Room was clean and hotel staff was friendly. One thing that was not very good it's a hot water in the shower. It was not hot, just slightly warm and water stream was very weak.

Good and clean hotel

My stay in this hotel was quite good. I've booked standard room for two. It was renovated and had good condition, no complaints. Perfect cleaning has been provided during all stay. My first room was cold but it was changed to the warm one. Please be aware that wifi internet can work only in selected rooms (this point definitely need to be improved). Breakfast was good enough (yogurt, sandwiches, one hot dish and drink). Overall impression about hotel is ok. Special thanks for great service on reception!

Convenient Value for Money in Kharkov

For a traveller on a budget Hotel Mir represents good value for money in a convenient location at a standard equivalent to an Ibis or Holiday Inn albeit with smaller room size. The hotel is located within 100 metres of a metro station, and 75 metres from a supermarket with some English speaking staff. The bar fridge had sufficient space to include some of my own items in addition to the mini bar. Included breakfasts were much bigger than what I eat at home and sufficient to last all day. Problems encountered with the showers that could do with some maintenance. The screen door was on rollers and kept jumping off its track and the shower heads could do with descaling. A minor inconvenience is that bottled water for cleaning teeth is not provided unlike most Ukrainian hotels. Using the water in the mini-bar will cost about 5 times supermarket price. Easily cured by a quick trip to the 24-hour supermarket across the street but a pain if you have been travelling 35 hours before you get to Kharkov.
