We loved our stay. The lady at the front desk was excellent. We requested a two bedroom and got a three bedroom. The apartment is beautiful. Only issue was a shower leak and bathroom doors that are hard to close, but maintenance fixed the doors. We would stay there again!

Wonderful stay for our family if 4 in Madrid. Fairly central to a lot of sights and very convenient to the metro. We arrived 4 hours early and they held our luggage in the lockers until our apartment was ready. Apartment had everything we needed, from stocked shampoo, soap to laundry detergent. We had a 2 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor and it was nice to have the elevator for our luggage. I would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was great! The front desk was helpful and made check-in very easy. The location was great and within walking distance of everything we wanted to do/see. This is a rare find in a busy city.
