Kitchen fully equipped. Clean room. Communication is very easy with property managers. Windows are not insulated to wind and sound so lots of noise comes through as well as wind.

I absolutely love this stay! Close to shops and attractions. Plenty of ways to get around , buses, bikes and ride share . I would use lift , uber is more pricy. Cute apartment type stay , loft . Bed was comfortable. My only complaint was the sky lights right over the bed. I'm on vacation lol would have been nice to sleep in. Not that big of a deal , you will need eye mask. Safe area.

Great amenities and good location

The location is great, but very expensive. We like having a kitchen and laundry facility. There is no fan provided, so be prepared in warmer months. The bathroom door is frosted glass and does not reach the ceiling.

We stayed here for over a month, while doing a housing search in SF in three of the apartments. Great location, clean and comfortable. Crucial to making the stay good was Ryan, the onsite manager. He was very helpful answering questions, with arranging moving rooms (early check in so we weren’t between rooms for hours). This type of “virtual concierge” hotel only works if someone like Ryan is on site. Cleaning crew was also great and fast. Beds were all recent fairly firm memory foam. Kitchenettes are basic but functional, there’s in room wash and dryer, but the combo dyer isn’t that effective (they have a drying rack and the building has a standard unit for use). The lofts feel like more space (bedroom is separated by stairs from kitchen /living). Bathrooms in the loft are a bit tight and “wet bath” (shower doesn’t have glass). The studio (we had the street level) had a full size bathroom. Neighborhood is 2-hour parking, but as long as you are OK with parallel parking on hills (around Lafayette Park) it wasn’t that difficult to find a space.

The walls were paper thin, I could hear people speaking in the next room. Very noisy. No TV service on regular channels - you had to have had a streaming service account. At check out, you had to take your own garbage/ recycling outside to the bins in the backyard.

Although it seems like a very nice 4 star facility, there are 2 extreme issues why I only gave it a 1 star overall rating. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I wondered why they had earplugs in the room, then at 4 am I was woken up by the person in the unit next to me snoring. Also, there is no way to secure the door from the inside, except for the key code lock that you use to enter the unit. Find somewhere else to stay.

Casa pulita completa di tutto cio’ che serve per cucinare piatti e pentole e letto comodissimo, purtroppo noi eravamo sul lato strada e nonostante le finestre chiuse si sentiva tutto dalla strada. Avevamo però la fermata dell’autobus sotto casa cosa molto comoda per chi senza auto. Nota per tutti se mettete come indirizzo quello indicato nella prenotazione controllate bene perché loro hanno un complesso con diverse abitazioni che puoi accedere indicando il codice fornito ma non ti specificano quale portone ti fa accedere alla tua corretta porta. Ma ti fa aprire la porta generale ma non quella del portone che ti fa accedere alla porta della tuo appartamento. Abbiamo impiegato piu’ di un ora prima di riuscire ad entrare e nella prenotazione non era specificato nulla. Quindi fatevi dire bene come funziona!
