Highly recommended

Great hotel, clean well equipped room and delicious breakfast. The hotel provides a free transfer to/from the airport on weekdays, but be aware you have to pay on weekends - and it is not the cheapest option.

Insisted on taking my contact details under pretense of informing me of if I left any objects behind; but then seem to have sent back a medically urgent package addressed to me at the 39 rue du BĂ©arnais address listed on their website for "mauvaise addresse" without asking, not even alerting me of their action, let alone apologizing. I would never trust them with any post.

Si cet établissement reste à ce niveau de propreté,d'accueil et de service annexe, je reviendrai à nouveau si l'occasion se présente. Par ailleurs, c'est trÚs calme, bien placé à proximité de restaurants et relativement proche du centre ville.

L’homme Ă  la rĂ©ception nous a dit que notre chambre Ă©tait « prĂȘte et propre », mais que si nous voulions entrer tout de suite, il fallait payer 30 € de supplĂ©ment. Sinon, il fallait attendre l’heure officielle d’arrivĂ©e Ă  15h00. Autrement dit, au lieu de nous donner la chambre dĂ©jĂ  prĂȘte deux heures plus tĂŽt, ils ont essayĂ© de nous faire payer pour ça. Trop fatiguĂ©s pour nĂ©gocier, nous avons laissĂ© nos bagages, sommes partis dĂ©jeuner, puis sommes revenus Ă  14h00. Nous avons attendu une heure de plus dans le hall, pendant que le personnel passait sans mĂȘme venir nous voir. Ce n’est vraiment pas un bon accueil pour un sĂ©jour de 3 nuits. La chambre : ‱ Serviettes et draps tachĂ©s. ‱ Les toilettes Ă©taient loin d’ĂȘtre propres — de longs cheveux blonds traĂźnaient sur le sol, le lavabo et dans la douche. Nous avons dĂ» changer de chambre le soir mĂȘme car nous ne pouvions pas dormir dans ces conditions. Pourrait mieux faire

La rĂ©sidence appart hĂŽtel est bien situĂ© Ă  proximitĂ© des TC. De la place dans la rue pour garer son vĂ©hicule. Le personnel d’accueil est sympathique et aidant. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© cependant déçu d’une part sur la taille de la chambre, ses Ă©quipements (pas d’éponge et de liquide vaisselle, pas de pastille pour le lave vaisselle, etc). Aussi notre grosse dĂ©ception est sur la propretĂ© gĂ©nĂ©rale de la chambre (beaucoup de poussiĂšre, la douche avec des traces de calcaire, le sol Ă©tait un peu gras avec des traces et enfin le dessus des plaintes est sale aussi).

Great Aparthotel in great location!

The accommodation is excellent and I can thoroughly recommend it. I would have given it 5* but being picky the skirting boards hadn’t been cleaned for a while but otherwise was excellent. The Hotel.com instructions are out of date and insist on contacting the hotel within 24 hours of arrival but this is unnecessary. Besides, the phone number given is no longer in use! We had a room with a good size balcony and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast is excellent and finishes at 11am, which is late by most hotels standards, as is the checkout time of midday. All in all I can thoroughly recommend this hotel!
