It appears we were some of the first customers! Many rooms looked like they were still undergoing renovation and would be available soon. Our room was fantastic with amenities expected in higher prices rooms. Our host was very nice and quickly helped us with a key card problem. We highly recommend staying here!

The place is clean, peaceful and home like. I love how close it is to bus stops, the city center, the airport and last but certainly not least an excellent shopping center (edeka, müller, aldi, a pharmacy, a DHL drop off and gym). Clean and trendy

Very clean, easy to access. No place to store your bags prior to check in. The halls were narrow on the main floor, with lots of laundry carts in the way, which made for tricky navigation. But the room and space were great.

Bad and good.

Bad and good. Good hotel. Bad check in procedure and bad communication form Hotel.com. Hotel.com should strongly communicate that this hotel has no front desk and check is by online. Secondly, the check in procedure is not flexible to make changes - we arrived earlier than planned and could not open the doors! Thankfully there is a real person to call...but this is a hassle. Also too easy to send unlock codes to the wrong email...we had 4 rooms booked...took another 30 min to figure that out. Once we got in the rooms were delightful. Area is quiet

Nice on the surface but…

PROS- Clean, large bathroom, well lit, storage, decent soap and shampoo. It has a small efficiency kitchen which we didn’t use. There is a bus stop about a 5 minute walk away that we used to and from the train station. CONS- Link to gain entrance info poorly designed. There were 4 guests trying to gain entrance while we were. A current guest let us all in to try and contact the property mgr. He said he had a difficult time too. One person had been trying to contact the mgr. for a hour before got there. Once we were able to contact them they helped us promptly but in all it took an hour to get into our room. Plus, it doesn’t feel secure if other guests are letting people into the hotel. Terrible mattress and very cheap sheets. The towels were new but thin. All we’re clean. It was very warm while we were there. There is no air conditioning which is fine but because we were on the ground floor we could not leave our windows open for fresh air if we were gone or during the night. It is a 20-30 minute walk (on a very busy road) to any store or place to eat except for an Indian restaurant which looked questionable. All in all, it’s a nice concept but the hotel needs to work out some kinks in their system. The rooms were nice to look at but the substance was lacking. There were other hotels at about the same price closer to the downtown area (which was lovely) with more PROS than this hotel. We would probably stay somewhere else next time.

Ruhiges, kleines aber schönes Zimmer. Was uns total positiv überrascht hat war das Bad. Sehr schön und modern mit Regendusche. Allerdings stimmen die Rezensionen: Es gibt wenig Möglichkeiten Handtücher o.ä. aufzuhängen. Für zwei Personen gibt es nur einen Stuhl und es gibt auch keinen Tisch. Der Check-In war für uns überhaupt kein Problem. Die Türen lassen sich mit dem Handy öffnen. (Man braucht auf jeden Fall Akku) Im Hotelzimmer gibt es Kaffeekapseln, Tee, Sticker und Postkarten. Außerdem gibt es eine Polaroidkamera mit der man Fotos machen kann. Leider ging unsere nicht, die Idee ist aber total süß. Kommuniziert wird irgendwie ausschließlich auf Englisch. Was leider nicht gut war, war die Sauberkeit. Im Bett waren einige Haare und auch die Handtücher waren nicht besonders sauber. Wir haben dann neue Handtücher aus den Schränken im Waschbereich geholt und die Kissen neu bezogen.

Gutes Hotel ohne Rezeption

Eigentlich ein schönes Hotel, allerdings doch etwas seltsam dass es keine Rezeption gibt an die man sich bei Schwierigkeiten wenden kann. In meinem Fall gab es keine Handtücher und man musste etwas rumtelefonieren bis das erledigt wurde. Für Leute ohne Englisch Kenntnisse nicht zu empfehlen.

Was uns gefiel, moderne Ausstattung , komfortable Betten, trotz stark befahrene Straße, kein Lärm durch die guten Fenster Weniger gefiel uns die Vollständigkeit der Ausstattung.Keine Trinkgläser,Teller etc. Apartment war für zwei Personen,aber nur ein Stuhl vorhanden,der nach Korrespondenz nachgeliefert werden sollte, was aber nicht erfolgte. Die Hausaussentür war fast immer offen, da sie nicht mehr von alleine ins Schloss fiel,sie musste mit viel Kraft geschlossen werden was jedoch fast niemand machte.Ansonsten haben wir uns wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist eine gelungene Mischung aus Hotel und airbnb. Zugang über Tür-Code und Zugangsapp absolut problemlos. Ausreichend eigene Parkplätze für die Gäste der Unterkunft. Zimmer mit funktioneller, voll ausgestatteter Küchenzeile. Fotos entsprechen der vorgefundenen, neuwertigen Ausstattungsqualität. Kontinuierliche Kommunikation via Whatsapp mit Unterstützungsangeboten und SOFORTIGE Reaktion bei Fragen und Problemen. Indisches Restaurant gegenüber der Unterkunft. Biergarten und bayrisches Restaurant 5 Gehminuten oberhalb der Unterkunft. Aldi, Edeka, Müller ca. 400m entfernt. Unser 2er Appartement ist für 5-7 Tage ok, für längere Aufenthalte sollte man die größere Zimmerkategorie wählen. Kostenloser Reinigungsservice einmal während des 7-tägigen Aufenthaltes.

Nettes kleines Zimmer mit Dachschräge. Schränke sind sehr niedrig und sehr hoch aufgestellt. Daher für mich nicht erreichbar. Eine offene Kleiderstange funktioniert als Schrank. Darunter Sitzmöglichkeit. Wenn aber Garderobe hängt, kann man nicht sitzen . Im Sommer okay, aber im Winter keine Möglichkeit feuchte Sachen aufzuhängen. Auch im Bad sind nicht genügend Haken oder Halterungen für die Handtücher vorhanden. Die Waschschüssel ist mehrfach von Vormietern angeschlagen worden. Schade das die Besucher die Sachen so wenig achten. Kein Stuhl und kein Tisch vorhanden. Man sitzt auf dem Bett wenn man Fernsehen möchte.
