The location was perfect for a short break in Krakow. Everything was in easy walking for the central city tours. Easy to find, easy check in and out. Would thoroughly recommend for couples who want to be in the heart of the city.

Excellent communication from the receptionist prior to arrival and a very warm welcome when we did eventually get there. The property is in an excellent location, it really could not be better. It is excellent value for money. We had a very comfortable stay here for our 2 night trip to Poland.

We stayed in a lovely one bedroom apartment with sofa bed and we loved it. The location was perfect in the heart of Krakow Old town. The only downside is it was quite noisy outside late at night and so we couldn’t have windows open, but that was a small price to pay for everything else being perfect.

Great location just meters from the main square in the centre of Old Town. Very reasonably priced, quiet and comfortable. The only two negatives would be the steep staircase, no lift and small shower, other than that it was amazing.

Reasonable apartment, very central so quite noisy at night into the early hours. We were also hounded by people trying to get us into a strip bar, thats located in the basement of the hotel, literally every time we entered and left the hotel. Wouldn’t stay again for these reasons.

This property was great to stay in, location was fabulous, right near the square. The only downside would be no air conditioning, in summer the rooms were really hot. We asked for a fan, which was supplied immediately.

Spacious, great value, fantastic location room

The apartment was extremely well priced and the location fantastic as it was only a minutes walk from Kraków’s main square. Equipped with a kitchen area and decent amenities. Shower was good and there was a seating area in the main room to have a meal at. The only minor thing is that due to the room being on the top floor & the windows only opening a small amount the room did have a tendency to get quite hot, although there are fans provided to resolve this. 10/10 would recommend

we stayed in the Onyx double apartment on the third floor, the apartment was clean, comfortable, with a kitchenette, the only drawback was the terribly squeaky floor and bathroom door, and the fact that the room was very hot when the temperature outside was high

Really spacious and very comfortable to live in! Would highly recommend. Only slight negative would be the curtains are quite see through so if you go in summer time the sun does shin through in the early hours of the morning. Apart from this though perfect conditions and couldn’t have been a better location

The room was quite nice and nicely renovated. It was very close to old town center square. In fact, it probably took us longer to climb the three flights of stairs than it took to walk to the center. FYI if you like quiet rooms, with few stairs and air conditioning , properties very close to the center may not be the best choice during a hot summer. loved the shower and the water pressure big double pane windows (let you see some of the action in the square , blocked the sound from the street well, when closed fridge was a good size - no microwave/ the tv is just for show

Cannot recommend this place

The localization is great, the apartment has a good size and the bathroom was renewed. However we booked a room with double bed and we got two terrible twins bed, in bad condition and not well cleaned - a lot of garbage under the bed mattress. The mattress was also old and dirty. I do not recommend the apartment during the summer. It’s extremely warm.
