Although the decor is a little outdated the hotel is clean, safe, quiet (the higher floors are quietest), very close to restaurants and shopping. I almost always stay there when in Sao Paulo.

Good location with friendly staff

I had a very enjoyable stay at the landmark. The room was clean service was good. The room could use a little updating, but it was still comfortable. The Jacuzzi tub worked very nicely. I would like to see a few more selections for breakfast but otherwise it was good I would most definitely stay there again as it is also very well located in Sao Paulo.

Good potential, room needsmaintenance

Room was clean. Lots of maintenance issues: first 2 days aircon didn't work, needed to beg for blankets after freezing first night. Almost all fauced handles are loose and shower water pressure very weak (was on top floor). Room door lock stopped working after a few days, needed to be let in with maintenance override for 3 days till it was raplaced.

Hotel antigo, é urgente sua modernização

Já havia ficado no hotel em outras 2 oportunidades anteriores, há uns 3-5 anos. Entretanto, dessa última vez, tive a impressão que sua estrutura decaiu bastante. Os encanamentos parecem bem antigos e fazem muito barulho quando usados (chuveiro e descarga), isolamento acústico também bem precário, ouvimos os barulhos dos outros apartamentos e da rua, pois as janelas são de alumínio. O lençol não tinha elástico e parecia menor do que a cama, pois sempre acordávamos direto em cima do colchão; além disso, notamos um buraco no lençol, o que causou uma impressão ainda mais negativa. O quarto, a cozinha, a sala e o banheiro parecem ter parado nos anos 90, sem qualquer tipo de modernização estrutural ou estética. Os únicos pontos positivos do hotel, em nossa opinião, foram a localização e o café da manhã, que apesar de simples, atende bem. Notei que há no hotel uma estrutura de piscina, porém, como não utilizamos, não somos capazes de opinar. Por fim, lamentavelmente, encerramos nessa oportunidade nossa experiência no Landmark, pois consideramos o custo consideravelmente alto para uma estrutura precária e desconfortável.

Quartos bem confortáveis e espaçosos. Pegamos um que tinha móveis bem novos e outro com móveis mais antigos, mas os dois bem limpos e organizados. Recepção sempre disponível. Ótima localização. Talvez só o café da manhã que não tinha uma variabilidade tão grande entre os dias.
