Very nice and modern property situated in a very nice location on King St in CDB. A nice large park nearby, tram station and lot of eating places. Highly recommend for any one who wants to be around in CBD. South Bank is within walking distance.

Overall good property with limited staffing

Overall the property and facilities are good but as it is only staffed between 8-6 and 9-5 on weekends it can be difficult to get towels for pool etc. If it is bad weather and windy you will hear this throughout the rooms and it can be very loud

What an amazing place to stay. Fabulous little apartment with everything you needed. Great position within the free tram zone, walkable to almost everywhere.Poirl and jacuzzi are just wow. Lovely welcome by the manager..forgotten her name, french/Aussie lady. Very much hope to stay again.

The customer experience needs a lot of work

I found the communication with the staff to be very poor , I arrived around midnight due to a late flight I repeatedly asked the property to email me check in instructions but they never did so I was stuck in reception for nearly an hour waiting for them to check me in. even then the guy that turned up was very miserable bearing in mind this is a 4* accommodation it was not the service I was expecting I went to complain the next day and the staff were very dismissive just didn't seem to care The actual complex is very nice however if you want to check in after hours be prepared for a headache

Arrived at the Aspire just as the staff were leaving, (reception close at 18.00) they stayed on to book us in and nothing was to much trouble. Rooms was excellent, pool area good. A very relaxing apartment to stay in. Good public transport, tram stop near by.

The apartment was lovely, but limited reception meant little advice available on where nearest shops etc were. Would be helpful to be able to buy small quantities of essential things like washing powder from the hotel. Location was ok.

Nice building and suite. Staff were very good. Area appears to be in transition and a bit outside the more “tourist” areas of the CBD. However, Cole’s being close was very convenient and the free tram was a 5 min walk. It was good having the laundry and the kitchen during our 2 week stay, but it’s very small and difficult to cook a meal (even breakfast) due to the right quarters. But we managed. Overall recommend for a longer stay.

Great location!

The Aspire is very central - easy walk when arriving by train. Lovely pool, outdoor hot tubs, sauna, steam & well fitted out gyms. Comfy beds - all you need for a comfortable stay. The only downside is they don’t have A/C in any of the bedrooms. Could be an issue is it’s really hot outside, you have to keep the blinds drawn at all times in the bedroom or the room gets too hot.
