Nice and comfortable place

We had a suite in the first floor that was neat and clean with a kitchen supplied with everything we needed, even olive oil and vinegar. The office attendants Rebecca and Paloma were nice and friendly and gave us information and tips of Madrid. The place is conveniently located next to Ventas metro station and close to all the important attractions of Madrid. We strongly recommend Feelathome.

Paloma is wonderful, the place is clean, and has everything needed. I wish I could've giver a tip but I had no euros. The area is called VENTAS because of the plaza the toros, ventas is an ok area, very close to Salamanca neighborhood either walk 15 mins or take an uber for 5 to 7 mins.

Outstanding! I really feel at home at this apartment. It is very closeto supermarket and many restaurants. Easy to catch public transport. The staff is warm, friendly and helpful. The roomis very clean and everything is arranged thoughtfully.

Overall the and place was clean, except for one blanket that was dirty. Some cups were also dirty. It was obvious that the people who stayed before us, didn't washed them. Communication was good and the two ladies in charge were very kind and helpful.

Bra område och fin boende

Feelathome är centralt, nära tåget, rätt nära till centrum och andra monument också. Nära till restauranger. viktigast! Det har nära matbutiken Mercadona. Nära gymmet och parken som har ett utegym också. Generellt områden är fin! Rökfri fast det beror på om de andra gästerna respekterar det. Jag menar de som bor på första nivå som har en innergård då röker de där och jag som bodde övan på var tvungen att stänga fönstret igen. Men i första hand är platsen rökfri. Det skulle vara bara om det står att inte röka även på innergården kanske? Annars allt bra!
