We stay here several times per year when in Houston to visit the grandkids. It’s quiet, the beds comfortable, and the breakfast is always hot and plentiful.

Beware, There were roaches crawling all over the room. The carpet, walls, curtains, chairs, and bathroom were filthy. I didn't use the shower because it was filthy. This place should be shut down.

Long list of negatives, in not one but both rooms. Bedbugs. Cockroaches everywhere . Live ones. Heater was not working. Loose bathroom fixtures.

Although this hotel is located in a wonderful location with a lot of restaurants walking distance, the hotel itself is terrible. The first room I was assigned had no lock on the door. The second room was beyond filthy! Cockroaches in both the bathroom and on the room door, black mold growing on the walls in the bathroom, blood stains on the carpet, and random wet spots on the carpet. Checked out after 3 hours. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

The hotel is run down. Walls were very dirty. Smelled funny. Our toilet broke. Outlets are outdated, hard time charging our phones. Major updates need to be made.

Carpets needed maintance. Had to change rooms on first day of stay since room smell like there was humidity around. Second room was in better condition but saw little roaches in the bathroom. Lobby was okay but hallway carpets were out of maintenance with stains on them.

Beware, There were roaches crawling all over the room. The carpet, walls, curtains, chairs, and bathroom were filthy. I didn't use the shower because it was filthy. This place should be shut down. I went to talk to the front desk and they didn't seem to care. The front office just said, "Ok, I'm sorry."

Had to book tue agent and wrong date was reserved , had to pay again on check in ,could not get refund for wrong date book by agent. If that is how that motel operates I will make sure is is not book with by any of us in our company.

Was not a property that I would stay at again. Maintenance lacking in painting and sheetrock repairs, carpets were in need of replacement, there were bugs, sirens all night but it was Houston area so probably to be expected.
