The apartment itself was spacious and the price was excellent. Unfortunately, I had to request towels, as there were none. Requested 4 bath towels for 4 people, but was only given 2 bath towels. I noticed the fridge in both places we rented in Saudi were unplugged upon arrival. Laundry machine does not really dry your clothes (it is a one in all, but not good at drying). They had one roll of toilet paper. They seem to still be renovating as there were wire outlets pulled from the walls (they were safe, no worries about getting electrocuted). They did not answer my emails not my phone calls. Finally they answered my relative's WhatsApp Saudi number phone call. That was stressful as I had to also involve Expedia customer service since my check-in was going to be after 1 am. The area is safe, but not a great neighborhood. We realized that the main door to our apartment would not lock. Again, probably from new renovations. We did not notify the front desk (there was someone there 24 hours and a bell person). We just know how safe Saudi is and left the apartment unlocked as we were too busy to have someone come up and fix it during our short stay. We did inform them on checkout that you can just push the door inward and no key is needed. Would I stay there again? For the price and size, I would. It was close to a lot of things and has great potential for improvement.
