A hassle with poor communication

We did not receive the required documentation for check-in before our holiday began so we were refused access to the resort. The dishes in the rental were dirty and required washing before use. The wallpaper was peeling in the children's room.

Our stay at Magical Dreams Condo

We chose this condo because of its proximity to Disney World and the amount of sleeping areas for a large family, and by the write up and photos on the Magic Resorts website, I should have paid more attention to Expedia's write ups, The Windsor Hills community is beautiful and the amenities were great, but the Magical Dreams condo left us with nightmares, aside from the stained carpets and wall coverings coming down, the place was very nice, but our biggest gripe was on their own website for this particular condo it shows a completely different condo in the photos, it says the two twin beds upstairs in one room had trundle beds under them for more sleeping area, which it does not, the other upstairs Master bedroom it said had a King, it does not, and downstairs they said it had a pull out sofa, once again it does not! Thank goodness for a Wal Mart right down the street, thanks again to the guard at the front gate for the directions, because we had to spend $40.00 on air mattresses and a pump so everyone had a place to sleep. There was a fold up cot and a play pen in the closet along with an umbrella stroller which was a lifesaver as we forgot ours! It was very close to Disney, we sat out front and watched the Studios fireworks! I would stay there again as it was a nice condo, but we will bring the air mattresses next time.

Horrivel. Quando chegamos não encontraram a reserva, ficamos a madrugada e a metade do dia ate as 13:00 horas (estávamos com bebê ) na sala do escritório aguardando para hospedar e a diária já paga. A funcionaria ofereceu o banheiro do clube para tomarmos um banho. Quando encontraram a reserva a casa estava ocupada, nos mandaram para outra também ocupada e quando finalmente encontraram uma casa desocupada e nos hospedamos, a agua foi cortada. Acreditem!!! Falta de pagamento. TOTALMENTE DESEORGANIZADO.

Nice for the price

The stay was okay...the staff was not helpful at all...only one valet attendant..so it took a while to get our vehicle...overall it was okay

Great complex and amenities for a family. Pool and clubhouse were great! Unit we stayed in was outdated with stains on carpet and furniture. Several issues with appliances that staff did address.

Fabulous Fifth

We went to Disney to celebrate our granddaughter's fifth birthday. The weather did not co-operate but it was so nice to be together at the end of a busy day to talk of the exciting things we had done. The Vacation Home was very comfortable, convenient and we would recommend it to all our friends.
