The room felt spacious, was very clean and modern. I loved having large doors that opened to the outside, letting in fresh air. The hotel is quite close to the tram and metro and bus, making it easy to commute into the city. The staff were very helpful and kind. The lounge area is fun and colourful, making a great spot to unwind at the end of the day and when waiting for others.

Room was great, clean and very nice, modern and spacious. The only reason this does not get 5 stars is I asked for two single beds during booking and we had a double bed. We informed reception of the issue and they said they would sort it out, came back later that night and it was still the same.

The hotel and staff were amazing! Very friendly and helpful. *HOWEVER, The restaurant in the hotel, Aura, the food was terrible and the chefs were unsanitary. They were eating the whole time they were preparing our food. There is a window that faces the dining area so the “chefs” were in plain view.
