We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. Great location by the water. Felt like we were transported back in time yet the apartment had modern conveniences. Added to the magic of the overall Venetian experience.

Very quiet apartment with a nice view to the canal. Building in very good condition and clean. The shower of one of the bathrooms was very small and also the water pressure could have been better.

Simply excellent

The location is fenomenal, just a few blocks away from La Academia bridge, vaporetto station, tons of shops and restaurants. The apartment was amazing! Beautifully renovated, very clean, super comfortable beds, full and well equipped kitchen, stylish bathrooms with colorful glass sinks. We really enjoyed the view to the canal. Great customer service, even though we didn’t meet anyone “in person”, the whole process was smooth and there was always someone to answer questions by phone and email.
