The building is nice. Nice gym, pool, security, free parking, all good. The apartment is very small for 4 people. I would say 3 is max. The location is very convenient but has nothing in blocks around. Must have a car or Uber to go places.

A acomodação tem boa mobília, confortável, mas as condições de reserva são bem diferentes do usual. Muito burocrático o processo de entrada do prédio, então se for levar visita, esqueça dessa possibilidade… Me surpreendi também pelo formato de caução para reservar uma acomodação. Viajo muito e foi a primeira vez que fiz isso… (deixaram claro na descrição do anúncio) Respondem rápido no WhatsApp. Achei interessante e muito confortável a estadia, não voltaria apenas pelo empecilho da burocracia de entrada em caso de visitas! Bom quarto em local barulhento e perigos de acesso

Um bom quarto, em boas condições, mas em uma localização muito barulhenta. Praticamente impossível conseguir dormir. Ar condicionado pingava água quando era ligado, rede wi-fi do quarto não funcionou (tivemos que usar a do apartamento superior por orientação da Brazilian Corner). No dia que chegamos nos encaminharam para um quarto que já estava ocupado e somente ao digitar a senha na fechadura soubemos da ocupação o que nos gerou bastante receio com relação à nossa segurança nos dias que permanecemos lá.

Apartamento confortável e com burocracia

O apartamento em si está bem equipado, tem cama boa, tv, geladeira e artigos de cozinha, porem nao comporta mais do que 3 pessoas, pois o sofá-cama é ruim ate mesmo para meu filho de 5 anos. Então o conforto é bom apenas para o casal. Muita burocracia para cadastrar os hospedes e a taxa cobrada a titulo da caução é muito exigida, e até o momento nao não foi feito o ressarcimento.
