Beautiful Beachfront Villa in a Gated Community, Private Pool/Bar, Fully Staffed

The HOME AT LAST Villa is a fully staffed 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath upscale villa in the secure, gated community of The Lagoons in the Montego Freeport, Montego Bay. Our villa is only 20 minutes from the Montego Bay airport, and just a few minutes away from the world renowned Montego Bay Yacht Club, The Houseboat Restaurant and Secrets Resort.

Our villa, which is located on the Caribbean and is Covid 19 Certified, is furnished with modern amenities, luxurious spa-style bathrooms, air conditioning in every bedroom, and a truly Caribbean feel. Two of the bedrooms have breathtaking views of the sea from their own private veranda.

The villa opens up to a large veranda overlooking the Caribbean; which is perfect for entertaining, a romantic dinner or simply kicking back enjoying our famous rum punch. Each day's sunset is different, and is something wonderful to witness!

The manicured grounds feature a heated, infinity pool overlooking the sea, a Jamaican thatched gazebo with bar, ice maker, refrigerator, wine cooler and satellite TV. Watch your favorite movie or sports team from the bar or the pool, or listen to your favorite tunes through our music system.

Within The Lagoons community are two lighted tennis courts and a large 25 meter swimming pool for your use.

Your rental rate includes the services of a full time, amazing group of people. Melonie is your chef, Rodrick is your butler/bartender, Annette is the house manager and Roy is the gardener. Your meals will be prepared and served either outside on the veranda, at the bar or indoors in the formal dining area. The staff will purchase and prepare all meals that you have chosen for your stay. After deciding on your menu for the week, you may either accompany the Chef to the grocery or give her an itemized list with cash, and she will return with the goods and all receipts.

In addition to the full staff, we employ a local management company that will meet you at the airport and arrange any side trips that you may want to take, if you please. This is not included in our nightly rate.

Five of us (all adults) spent 9 wonderful nights at this spectacular property. The photos don't do justice to how beautiful this property is, both the setting and the villa itself. Each of the 4 huge bedrooms has a large ensuite, with comfortable beds and quiet air conditioning. Downstairs, there are several comfortable seating areas plus two dining tables, one of which we were served all of our meals. Speaking of meals, we had amazing breakfasts, lunches and dinners all prepared beautifully by 5-star chef Ural and served expertly by Rodrick who was always super friendly and made amazing cocktails at the bar. We only had one dinner away from the villa, which was a terrible choice -- mediocre food and terrible service. (Avoid the Pier 1 - Doctors Cave restaurant at all costs!) Annette, who runs the villa, kept it immaculately clean and was helpful in so many ways. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience and unforgettable holiday.

Staff was excellent and the property was well maintained. Not a single issue everything was perfect. Melanie was an excellent cook and all the meals were excellent. If you wondering about tipping, they provide you that information on your last night. General recommendation is 20% of booking price. They also provide the way to split it between the staff

AMAZING!!!! We stayed truly “at home” for a group of 40th birthdays. The entire staff was wonderful and made sure our stay was nothing less than unforgettable. Pro tip, listen to Annette. Don't worry about booking anything until you arrive and Annette will help out with that. Melanie is a 5* star chef making each meal to perfection. Roderick was more like a concierge and a whiz behind the bar.

Amazing Experience!!!

This property and staff are top notch. The ocean view was amazing! Our staff was warm and accommodating. Chef Karilla makes the most delicious meals — I loved all of her food. I would definitely recommend staying at this villa.

A wonderful location with an amazing staff

We were looking for the perfect location to spend an important family vacation, and we sure found it. Wonderful location, well appointed house, plenty of thought out into creating relaxing and picturesque spaces, and everything you need to have a wonderful time on property or around the island. The staff, however, really turned this into an amazing experience that we will remember forever.

Our family has been in Jamaica since the early 1980's. After years of searching for the ideal location, we built our villa in a lovely Caribbean style utilizing the talents of select designers and craftsmen.

Jamaica is by far one of the most beautiful islands in the Caribbean. The island's reputation for its vibrant culture, reggae music and friendly people is known worldwide. The Lagoons, where our villa is located, is a unique community located in the Montego Freeport, just outside Montego Bay. It is a private, gated community with a community pool, 2 lighted tennis courts and a children's playground.
Upon entering the villa, you will be amazed at the breathtaking view of the Caribbean. Our Villa is COVID 19 Certified.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We have a full staff to provide you with every comfort. Our chef is available to prepare every meal based on your personal cuisine selections. The villa has a fantastic thatched roof gazebo with a full walk up bar and big screen TV. Most of our guests commune right in this area! The heated, infinity pool, located next to the bar and veranda, has a fabulous view of the sea and outstanding sunsets.
The pool features two unique areas. The main area is four and a half feet deep with benches for seating. The shallow area is twelve inches deep and is ideal for small children. Loungers set in the water are perfect for reading or enjoying the sun with friends.
