Welcome to our Caribbean family villa, we want you to experience 5 Star service whilst feeling at home. We hope you will fall in love with Everything Nice and Jamaica.

Our Villa is located on a narrow peninsula 300 meters wide surrounded by the ocean in an exclusive beachfront gated community with 24 Hour Security and yet is only at a 20-minute drive from the Airport.
This modern luxurious Jamaican Beach Villa in Montego Bay has its own 65 ft beach and is further enhanced by the highest quality in fittings and furnishings. No small detail has been overlooked to ensure you have the most wonderful and comfortable stay.

Complimentary access to Freeport Private Beach. Whilst one can swim in the Lagoon (a designated Marine Park) we normally recommend the private beach or Doctors Cave Beach.
The villa has a unique covered Outdoor Jamaican Bar overlooking the pool and the ocean. Our Butler is an expert mixologist and will be happy to serve you drinks to make your holiday completely relaxing.

So that you may enjoy your time by the ocean even more, also included in your stay are (2) sea kayaks and (2) paddle boards.

Downstairs Ground Floor
Bedroom 5: Ground Floor. King Bed - Luxury Bathroom with outdoor shower, 60” Flat Screen TV. Bedroom has double doors that open to verandah- Just steps from the Swimming pool and beachfront.

Upstairs:
Bedroom 1 - First Master Bedroom Suite. King Bed with large windows and open doors with amazing ocean views and direct access to large open verandah with sumptuous outdoor wicker furniture sofas. This veranda overlooks both the swimming pool and the ocean with beautiful views of the distance mountains. Inside the bedroom there is a 55 inch Flat screen TV. Luxurious Ensuite bathroom with shower and double vanity sinks, and views to ocean. Pull out sofa bed.

Upstairs -Bedroom 2 - Second Master bedroom Suite. King Bed, Pull out Sofabed, 60” Flat Screen TV. Bright Large Bedroom with double doors that open to the veranda with its own private seating area and direct views to the swimming pool and ocean. Large Luxurious Ensuite bathroom with plenty of natural light and views of the lush tropical gardens. Features double showers, freestanding bathtub, large double vanity. This bathroom also benefits from a separate Dressing Table and chair.

Upstairs - Bedroom 3- Garden bedroom - King bed with luxurious ensuite bathroom with shower, 60” Flat Screen TV. This bedroom benefits from a large walk out verandah overlooking the lush tropical gardens. There are Teak lounge chairs for sunning or reading your favorite book or just taking in the beautiful view. Fantastic chilling spot for afternoon tropical drinks!

Upstairs Bedroom 4: Twin bedded bedroom with luxurious ensuite bathroom. Large screen TV. This bedroom can also be converted to a King bedroom.

Our villa comes with a full-time Professional Chef, a personal butler, a gardener and a housekeeper, to take care of your requests allowing you to completely relax and have a perfect vacation.
We can also provide a Nanny at an additional cost.
We can also arrange massages and spa treatments at the villa for you to help you completely unwind.

Although we doubt that you will want to leave this private paradise, we can also assist you if you wish to explore further afield with your driver who will act as your personal guide. Perhaps take a day trip to visit our wonderful Island which has so much to offer such as river rafting, fishing, snorkeling, glass bottom boat rides, sunset cruises, feeding the hummingbirds, amazing waterfalls to name a few.

The staff at Everything Nice Villa were incredible. Very responsive from the day we booked and extremely helpful. The property & rooms were super clean and the food cooked by the private chef was incredible. The only downfall was the small beach in front of the property wasn't useable, however we used the free private beach instead.

We had the most amazing time on this special birthday trip with family. Julie was super helpful when preparing for the trip and very responsive to all our questions. The house is beautiful and so peaceful directly on Montego Bay. We loved taking the kayaks out to explore the bay and groves. The staff was superb, putting us at ease and ensuring we had everything we needed. Tamika’s food is the best! Jerk chicken, oxtail, goat curry, lunch wraps, birthday cakes … it was all delicious. Carl and Jowayne make the best cocktails, and Ralston, Tina, and Tashan kept the house spotless and well maintained. Our driver, Junior, knew all the spots for fun family activities. We can’t wait to come back!

Five-Star Service, Stunning Views, and the Ultimate Birthday Experience

I celebrated the BEST birthday ever at Everything Nice by the Sea in Montego Bay with 8 friends, and it exceeded every expectation! Julie was amazing — so helpful, responsive, and made planning effortless. Every vendor she recommended was professional, flexible, and went above and beyond, creating an experience I couldn't even dream of!The staff was incredible! Carl and Jowayne made us feel like royalty. Pitbull and Carlene were so kind and helpful, and Tameika’s food was unforgettable *chefs kiss*, notably her plantains, jerk chicken, curry goat, cheesecake and more! - we didn’t eat out once and had no regrets. The villa? Stunning, spacious, and spotless. We loved the pool, kayaks, and paddleboards at sunset. When one board sank, Julie’s team quickly stepped in, which led to us booking an impromptu sunset boat ride — one of the trip’s most unforgettable moments.If you’re visiting Montego Bay, and looking for a luxurious escape, stay at Everything Nice by the Sea. Amazing - wanted to stay an extra week

This property is the ultimate relaxation spot. Nestled in the bay with access to water off the pool was special for the kids. The staff was more than helpful. We didn’t have to cook, do a dish or make a bed. Two families of five stayed and we were both able to relax and enjoy ourselves. The property is two hours from Nigril and two hours from Ocho Rios. Having a driver available 10 hours a day relieved a lot of stress for our day excursions to discover Jamaica. I can’t wait to come back and recommend any party of 10 staying here.

this property blew us away, and had everything we could have asked to have for our family spring break trip. the staff was top notch, and took amazing care of us. it was hard to say goodbye to them. great location close to grocery stores, fun, and the airport! beautiful view of the water, and a huge pool for plenty of people. bedrooms all large, clean, and comfortable.

I have stayed at houses all over the world in this price range or more. Let me tell you this property is top of the line. the staff is great, very helpful and interactive only if you want them to be. Carl and the crew killed this trip for me and my sales guys! If you are looking for a prime location off the windy shores of the ocean, with your own driver, chef, butlers, daily cleaning, and over all a all inclusive stay look no further, Did I mention they do your laundry as well. We all went home with clean clothes so no need to do it when you get home!! The best

Everything was INDEED very nice!

Our group of 14 included 4 kids and 1 infant. The house was very beautiful and well kept. Ms. Tamika the chef was amazing and her food was excellent! She was super accommodating to the few picky eaters we had in the group. Jowayne the night butler, takes great pride in his service and he was a absolute pleasure to get to know! The beach area was a nice size. Though the first few feet going into the water was extremely muddy and you would sink to you knees. Once you got past this, you are able to swim in deeper water. We came to learn once there that the beautiful waterfall in the pictures has been discounted and does not function any longer. That was a slight bummer for the kids. Overall, our experience was fantasist and we would highly recommend staying at this stunning location. Thank you to all the wonderful house staff for making our vacation an amazing experience. We miss you all already!!

We can’t thank the staff and host enough for providing us with an unforgettable and memorable stay at EVERYTHING NICE!!! The property is breathtaking and the staff exceeds your expectations with their acts of service. Every last one of them from Carl and Jowayne anticipating our needs and making sure we were safe. Carleen and Amy kept the house immaculate. Pitbull was the perfect sue chef to the unforgettable Tameka who blessed us with dishes we can still taste. You can tell cooking is a passion of hers and she puts love, patience and technique in every dish prepared. We as a group are overwhelmed with gratitude for all of you. We hope to see you all again in the near future.

Outstanding property and outstanding staff. 4* given for area because the beach has eroded and is not that usable but after 24 hours you wont care!! The house is simply fantastic. The staff...top notch. I cant imagine a better one on the island. From the driver, to our butler, to the chef, to the housekeepers, and to the laundress...simply outstanding. Our host, Julie ensured everything was great including yoga and massages. In a gated neighborhood behind two gates. One gate manned 24 hiurs per day. The other a fortress in the same area as major hotels. This might have been the best vacation ever.

Great couples/friends getaway

From the moment of arrival to the moment of checkout, our group was so happy with our decision to rent Everything Nice! The property was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The view was great. The pool and outdoor patio area was stunning. The real star of the show, however, is the staff! Carl was so much fun and attentive, and chef Tameika was amazing! Our meals were outstanding! The rest of the staff was also delightful, and made our stay so fun and relaxing. Our only wish was that billing for groceries and supplies could be more mainstreamed or invoiced and that such large amounts of cash wasn’t necessary. Overall, we had a fantastic trip, and highly recommend this property!!

Amazing Stay in Montego Bay!

Myself, wife, & 5 kids (teens) had the best time at the Everything Nice Villa. The home is matched only by the view from the back door, absolutely incredible. The staff were very kind & welcoming. They made every day in Montego Bay perfect for my family. No need to look for anywhere else to stay in Jamaica, this is the place.

Incredible stay

Everything about our stay was incredible. This was supposed to be a once in a lifetime trip for us but after the first day we were already plotting on how soon we could come back. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating, from early check in to great drinks, incredible food, and even cooking lessons, the whole trip was a dream. Can't wait to come back!

Amazing Villa & Staff!

What a trip! From the pre-planning with Julie to arrival this trip was great! This villa is breathtaking! We loved waking up and sitting on our balconies to read, relax, have coffee. The paddle boards and kayaks were a wonderful way to see the lagoon. We had a party of 10 and had plenty of space to spread out. Now for the best part: the staff! There aren’t enough words to say how wonderful they are! Carl is the best and had our kids eating foods they would never try for their parents! Tameika’s food is UNBELIEVABLE and SO tasty! “Pitbull” did an amazing job at the grill and went above and beyond for us when one of the kids had to visit the ER. We felt so comfortable having Gary stay at night and he was always smiling in the mornings. Carlene and Tina also did an amazing job! Julie helped us out with lots of information and resources when one of the kids got sick, as well. They made our stay truly memorable and special. We can’t wait to come back!

Jamaica family fun

We loved our stay at the Everything Nice villa! Shout out to the amazing staff-Carl, Tameika, Tina, Carlene, Delroy, and Pitbull! They made the experience even better! The property is gorgeous and rooms are big. The pool is perfect for young kids and adults since it’s a gradual walk in type pool. The only downside was that the ‘beach’ it was on was not really a beach, more of marsh which was not good for swimming. We had fun on the paddle boards and kayaks available. Tameika cooked amazing food! They washed and folded our laundry multiple times during the week, which was really nice with the 3 babies we had (2.5yo to 3mths.) Groceries were more expensive than expected, but oh well. Overall, we had a blast and would highly recommend to anyone looking for an all inclusive, personalized experience.

The Villa is beautiful looks just like the pics. The staff (Carl, Prince, Carlene & KerryAnn) were awesome. We wanted for nothing! The food, OOH LA-LA…finger licking/lip smacking GOOD. Everything Chef Tameka cooked and/or made (homemade ice cream, sorbet and a cream cheese pound cake) was DELICIOUS. Also, Julie the manager was very easy to work with. She’s very nice, pleasant, informative, assessable and responds quickly to questions. A great & fun time was had by all! Looking forward to returning in the near future!

Beautiful villa but..

The Villa is breathtaking! Especially upon arrival on a rainy day when the doors are wide open and the breeze is circulating. The view upon entry is like a painting! Beautiful! Pros: -Housekeeping fantastic! Beds made every morning -Butler service to organize activities, etc -Secure and safe -Laundry every 2 days -The chef, TOP TIER There was only one major con for me: -Doors left wide open all day and into the evening It was cute the first 2 days when the weather was rainy and a nice breeze was circulating throughout the home. After the rain, the mosquitos had a field day and the shared spaces (downstairs, kitchen, dining room) were sweltering hot. We would have breakfast after a fresh shower; sweat dripping down our foreheads. Seeing the staff/cooks sweat profusely wasn't appetizing either. The staff quarters and work area also lacked air conditioning, I can’t fathom how uncomfortable that must be. I asked staff why the doors were open they stated it was to help with air circulation. No a/c on the first floor outside of the bedroom and office.The listing should state this clearly for those who are booking during the summer months. It’s an expensive place to stay and guests should be very well aware of what they’re paying for. We were unable to enjoy the space downstairs due to the heat and mosquitos. You never knew what bug you’ll find on the walls in the evening, it was a daily adventure. Aside from this, we enjoyed our stay!

Perfect family vacation home!

We traveled to Jamaica with 3 generations and this vacation home delivered! The staff was amazing, the kids loved the pool, and there was plenty of space for everyone. We loved the open air feel of the home and stayed cool with the AC in our rooms. Everyone on staff was attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. From Carl and Prince the butlers to Chef Tameika, and the housekeeping and grounds staff, everyone was amazing! We booked yoga at the house, a sushi chef, and a mobile spa. Julie was a great help in setting all of that up for us and recommended a fabulous boat charter as well. Roy, our driver, took us anywhere we wanted and always made sure we knew where we were going. He was full of information and stories about Jamaica which made traveling even more fun. We would certainly stay here again!

Gorgeous Home and Fabulous Staff

Everything Nice Villa was more than our family of 8 adults was expecting! The house was gorgeous and immaculate, the rooms were beautiful and roomy, the beds were ridiculously cozy and the staff was the best. Such a wonderful pool area. We loved lounging in the water on the tanning deck. There were 8 of us so having multiple areas to sun, sit and nap on the patio was appreciated. The kayaks and stand-up paddle boards were a great addition. We definitely enjoyed the pool bar! Our host Julie was so accommodating and great with communication in helping us plan our trip and excursions. She even arranged for a steel drum band one night to celebrate our Dad's 85th birthday. The most wonderful thing about our trip was the staff! I really can't even find words to describe how incredible they are. Carl, Prince and Ralston kept our days and evenings so relaxing and carefree and Carline and KeriAnn kept the house beautifully clean. And then there's Tameika our chef! Do NOT go out to eat. She will plan menus for every meal and cook the best food you've ever eaten. Between her and the guys, every meal was beautifully set and delicious. They made our Dad's birthday dinner night extra special. Prince and Carl decorated up the dining room so fun and set the table beautifully. Ralston made a gorgeous centerpiece from flowers & plants on the property. When we left, it was like leaving the best group of new friends. We are thankful to Julie and the staff for making our Dad's 85th birthday trip so very special.

I have been married for 32 years, we have two grown up children and our family home is nestled in the hills above Montego Bay.
I am an interior stylist working mainly in the vacation villa industry and so I was delighted when friends asked me to help manage their beautiful homes.
My husband and I love exploring places off the beaten track, we like to sit and chat, drink some good wine and enjoy the company of good friends and family.
We love sailing, snorkeling, walking and watching old movies.
