This luxury villa rental includes the gracious staff of 16 who will cater to your every need. Silent Waters Villa is selected, perhaps more than any other private villa in Jamaica by brides for a destination villa wedding. Silent Waters is located on one of the highest hilltops overlooking Montego Bay and the Caribbean Sea. The site consists of 16.5 acres, secured with a sophisticated electronic security and video system - twelve buildings, helicopter pad, private tennis court and two swimming pools occupy five acres. A total of seven villa bedrooms (7 air-conditioned bedrooms) accommodate as many as 16 guests. With the addition of the Master Suite private villa (2 air- conditioned bedrooms) up to 20 guests may be accommodated. Each bedroom has its own patio with chaise lounges for sunning and relaxation, all sleeping rooms have their own air conditioner and ceiling fans, wet bar, telephone, stereo system, high speed wireless Internet service, and television. There is a 60" 4K TV in the main pavilion and a state of the art audio system in the pool area with 16 powerful speakers with large sub-woofer. The entire property is rented to only one party of guests at any given time, thereby providing complete seclusion and privacy for the guests.

Silent Waters Villa is a superb location for a family reunion, corporate retreat, destination wedding (seating 54 guests or cocktail party up to 150 guests) or just a small group of friends seeking a most unusual holiday experience.

INCLUSIONS
Complimentary daily Western, English or Jamaican breakfast for each guest. Our delicious breakfasts are made to order, not buffet style, and are served between 7:30am – 10:30am.

Complimentary arrival transport from Sangster International Airport (MBJ) to Silent Waters Villa for up to three transfers. Departure transport included for stays of 4 days or more. Additional trips incurred an extra fee.

GUEST VILLA 1 (TWO BEDROOM, full Duplex)
Designed for a family or two couples in two separate bedrooms on separate floors. Air Conditioning, Smart TV, and music system in each bedroom.
- Upper Level: Spacious bedroom with 1 KING BED (sleeps up to 2 guests).
- Lower Level: Bedroom with 1 QUEEN BED (sleeps up to 2 guests) with outdoor patio.

GUEST VILLA 2 (TWO BEDROOM, full duplex)
Designed for a family or two couples in two separate bedrooms on separate floors. Air Conditioning, Smart TV, and music system in each bedroom. This villa is a bit larger than Guest Villa 1, so it is perfect for larger families or many single guests.
- Upper Level: Spacious bedroom with 2 QUEEN BEDS (sleeps up to 4 guests).
- Lower Level: Bedroom with 1 QUEEN BED and 1 QUEEN SOFA BED (sleeps up to 4 guests) with outdoor patio.
- Shared Bathroom on Upper Level: Spacious detached bathroom with double-basin vanity, glass and marble shower with double shower heads.

GUEST VILLA 3 (ONE BEDROOM, single story)
Designed with two private patios (one with mountain view, one with sea view) with chaises. Air Conditioning, Smart TV, and music system. This villa is closest to the main pavilion, bar and pool, so it is the best location for anyone that is elderly in your group.
- Single level: Spacious bedroom with KING BED and QUEEN SOFA BED (sleeps up to 2 adults and up to 2 children).
- Ensuite Bathroom with double-basin vanity, glass and marble shower open on 3 sides to mountain and river valley view, double shower heads, European-style sunken bathtub with louvered surround to garden view.

GUEST VILLA 4 (ONE BEDROOM, semi-duplex)
Designed to accommodate a family sharing the upstairs bathroom, which is accessed through the upstairs bedroom.

- Lower Level: Living Room and wet bar with 1 QUEEN SOFA BED (sleeps up to 2 adults or up to 2 children). Air Conditioning and music system.

MASTER VILLA (MASTER BEDROOM with KIDS BEDROOM)
Separate private home that is also included in your rate (sleeps up to 2 adults and 2 children). Air Conditioning, Smart TV, and music system in the master bedroom and kids bedroom. Designed for a family or couple. Separate entrances and heavily landscaped–very private.
- Main Level: Spacious master bedroom with 1 KING BED (sleeps up to 2 guests)
- Upper Level: Kids bedroom with 2 FULL BEDS (sleeps 2 guests).
- Ensuite Bathroom on Main Level: Spacious bathroom with 2 granite vanities, bidet, large indoor-outdoor glass and marble double shower with his-and-hers shower heads. Bathroom is shared with kids bedroom.

There are also two extra cots and two cribs that can be placed in any of the villas.

With Silent Waters' Tryall Club corporate membership, up to 20 guests may enjoy use of the Tryall Club facilities including the Fitness Center, Hummingbird Kids Club, Tennis Center, Beach Grill and Great House Restaurants, Family and Adult Beaches, Rum Bar, Great House Internet Room and Commissary.* The use of Tryall Club's World Famous Golf Course will be at the published guest rates. Tryall Club is located 15 minutes by car from Silent Waters. A nominal fee of $32 (plus 15% service fee) per person will be charged by the Tryall Club for each day of use. Proper attire is required when using the Tryall Club facilities.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE

ALL-INCLUSIVE PLAN: With our All-Inclusive plan our chef will prepare breakfast, lunch, pre-dinner hors d’oeuvres and dinner based on our fresh ingredient gourmet menus. Our bartender will serve customized beverages to your liking that include a nice selection of upper shelf beers, wines, spirits, and liquors. For guest reference: Please see the end of the document for the selection of included beverages. Daily transportation is also included in this plan, along with all petrol costs.

We will work with you to determine the types of delicious meals you would like during your stay, as well as discuss any allergies and/or special dietary needs. Please note that wine, liquor, soft drinks and bottled water must be purchased from Silent Waters' liquor, wine and beverage inventory. All beverages (and fresh fruit used at the bar) are charged separately and billed at the end of the stay. Additional charges apply for cocktail parties and other guest-hosted events.

GROCERY PLAN
Available to our previous guests and to our new guests during low season, with prior consent of management.

TRANSPORTATION: We will be happy to arrange airport transfers for you during your stay. The costs for a full-time private driver for one week are:
10-seater van - $1,260 ($220 per day, minimum 4 consecutive days, 1/2 tank petrol);
14-seater van - $1,540 ($260 per day, minimum 4 consecutive days, 1/2 tank petrol);
25-seater van - $1,820 ($320 per day, minimum 4 consecutive days, 1/2 tank petrol). Child car seats are available for rental at USD 10 per one-way airport transfer. For excursions to Negril, Ocho Rios, Black River or YS Falls a 25-passenger bus is available for $600 per day. Driver services must be prepaid with final villa payment. Please budget 15% gratuity to these rates for the driver.

SPECIAL EVENTS: One-day special events, such as weddings, with no villa rental are welcomed at Silent Waters Villa when dates are available and are subject to a $8,450 facility rental fee. This fee decreases for longer stays and is waived for guests satisfying a minimum of a 7 day rental. Note: We require our guests' strict observance to our policy of no smoking in guest suites. Smoking permitted at the open bar and gardens.
