Emerald Shores East: Steps to the beach, shared pool!

Come enjoy a cozy duplex on one of Anna Maria Island’s tranquil family beaches.

Emerald Shores East is one of two units located on Anna Maria's desirable North end just feet from the sandy beach of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, along with a shared pool. For large groups, rent both sides together to sleep a total of 12 people!

The ground-floor queen bedroom is not accessible from inside the house and provides some additional privacy, complete with a full bathroom and mini-fridge. The upstairs features a king bedroom and a third bedroom with two twin beds. These bedrooms share a hall bath. A full kitchen and living room finish off the upstairs, making it easy to prepare meals and dine together as a group. Under the house is an enclosed laundry area that has parking and storage space as well as a washer and dryer.

Watch the sunset from the back or front deck while you enjoy the salty breeze. Outside hot and cold showers are convenient to clean off those sandy feet before floating in the shared pool.

Anna Maria streets are perfect for biking, skating, walking, or jogging and bike rentals are available nearby. Located close to the City Pier, restaurants and ice cream parlors there is plenty to do if you ever tire of watching dolphins from your deck, taking the kids shelling or going out for a moonlight beach walk looking for turtles and crabs.

*Please note: 2 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.
