The living area is large enough to accommodate large families and has a 55" television with high definition and 170 channels. Both King bedrooms have 43" television and all are smart TV's. Third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds with a 43" TV..

Kitchen is well stocked with knives, cookware, and dishes most anything you will need. Seating for 6 to eight with kitchen table and four additional with bar seating at kitchen island.

All the rooms in this house are very spacious and will accommodate large families very easily. There are also two 40 ft. decks on the front and back of the house with ocean and bay views.

There is plenty of room for parking and all the area under the house is concrete which allows for a nice place to hang out of the sun with a grill and picnic table.

This home is located in a "houses only" area of Fort Morgan Beach. This home has it all and is located on a quiet dead end street with just steps to the beach. Located on the Peninsula, our home sits between the sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful waters of Mobile Bay. Whether you like to relax on the sand or fish you have a choice. Both our front and back decks offer views of the Gulf and the Bay. The sandy beach and clear blue waters of the gulf are just steps away. No crowded elevators or beach to contend with on this property! It's just a short drive to great golf courses, shopping, and dining in Gulf Shores. Dine at "Tacky Jack's" or Sassy Bass Amazin' Grill just minutes away. Visit Historic Fort Morgan and ride the auto ferry to Dauphin Island. The Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge offers hiking trails, fishing, wildlife viewing, and bird watching. Canoes and Kayaks can be launched from the Jeff Friend Trail kayak launch site into Little Lagoon.

Our home sleeps 10 people very comfortably. There are King sized beds in 2 bedrooms, a bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds and a queen sized sofa bed in the living room. There are three full baths and a separate laundry room. Kitchen and Living area are open and spacious and works well for large groups.
