Coral Caribe Villa at Fish Bay - 1 Bedroom


Coral Caribe is nestled on a hill overlooking beautiful Fish Bay on the southern shore of St John. Fish Bay is a very quiet, peaceful area. This beautiful 1 bedroom upper villa has everything to make your vacation complete. Kitchen has all necessary appliances and utensils. Dining room table seats 4 or enjoy your meals on the expansive deck. Relax on the new furniture on the deck. Wake up to a gorgeous view of Fish Bay from the king-size bed. Full bathroom is located off the bedroom. October 2019 we added a Murphy bed in the Living Room area and a half bath. The villa can now accommodate 4 people comfortably. Ceiling fans and the trade winds usually create a comfortable temperature in the house. There is a split unit air conditioner in the Living Room and a small unit in the bedroom if needed. December 2021 we added additional solar panels with battery back-up, so you shouldn't have to deal with island power outages. Comfortable rattan furniture to watch television or gaze out the patio doors and enjoy the view. Dish Network is provided. Smart TV, for use of Netflix, etc. On clear days, you can see St Croix. Beach chairs, beach towels, noodles and coolers are provided for your use, as you enjoy your adventures to the many beautiful beaches on the island. Beaches on the north shore are approximately a twenty minute drive. St John is two thirds National Park, so you can also hike the many trails on the island. Cruz Bay is about a ten minute drive from the villa. You can enjoy many dining options as well as music at the local establishments. The water at the house runs through a UV filtration system. Bathroom towels are provided. Wi-Fi is available. AT&T and Sprint carriers normally work on the island, although cell phone service is spotty. Our manager, will greet you at the ferry dock. He can bring you to Coral Caribe Villa or take you to a Jeep Rental of your choice and you can follow him to the house. You may also want to stop in town to pick up groceries on your way. There is limited Taxi service to the villa. A Jeep rental is recommended.
$25 per night per additional guest over 2 guests .

Comfortable, attractive, amazing porch with incredible view. We really enjoyed the surrounded by nature feel of Coral Caribe. Best view of Fish Bay . If youā€™re not familiar with Virgin Island driving-as we were not, the roads are narrow, incredibly steep, and windy. Take the advice to get a Jeep seriously! Driving is not for the faint of heart but Coral Caribe was worth it!

Great space for family vacation

The villa was a perfect spot for our family of four. Very clean, ample space, with a large deck and an amazing view. The owners were very communicative and helped with advice on places to go and visit. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a wonderful cottage located with great views and star gazing at night. Meticulously taken care of and the owners are very responsive to your needs. Would definitely stay there on our next trip.

Great honeymoon stay!

The view is amazing everyday. Only minutes from the market and Cruz Bay. The road up is a bit of an adventure, but there are only a couple neighbors so not much traffic. We loved it!

Melisa and Rob were incredible telling us the best beaches and wonderful places to eat. They made you feel right at home. The house was one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. The house had the best view and very nicely equipped with everything you need for a stay. Only place we will stay on St. Johns

Winter Getaway

The home was very clean and tidy. The view was beautiful. Plenty of spices and cooking items that you hate to have to buy for a short stay. We REALLY appreciated the extra snorkel gear and beach chairs. We ended up not having to rent them. We loved the property! Thank you!

This is a perfect island getaway! The space is delightfully decorated, immaculately clean, has thoughtful amenities, and includes a stunning view of my favorite St John bay. The hosts are great: friendly but not intrusive, good communicators. Youā€™ll love Coral Caribe!

We loved every minute of our stay here. The porch was perfect and everything was clean and well kept. We loved that beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler were all provided. These helped us enjoy all the great beaches St. John has to offer! We hope to come back soon!

Fantastic view and super clean rooms

The location of the house is very convenient, close to the restaurant and ferry, yet still quiet as it sits on top of the hills. There are indeed some sharp turns on your way going up, hence a 4-wheel drive car is much needed. The rooms are clean and big enough to make the three of us stay comfortably. The hosts are super nice and extremely helpful, and we will definitely come back again!

Just Fabulous!!! Very Clean home and had everything we needed. Ease of checking in was great, nice being close to Cruz Bay but far way enough to enjoy the quiet and views from the deck. Cooking in was so enjoyable!!!! Special Place

It was always our dream to own a house on St John. We spent our honeymoon at Cinnamon Bay Campground and fell in love with the island. We have been back many times to vacation. My husband is a contractor and I have a small accounting business. We hope to start spending winters in St John, to get away from the cold of Wisconsin.

We finally found this house with a fantastic view in the very quiet neighborhood of Fish Bay. We purchased the house in June of 2016. With the help of our son/manager and a few other people, we have updated and remodeled. The upper level is ready to rent. We stay in the two bedroom lower level, when we are on island. At times, we do rent out the lower level. We hope many people will enjoy our piece of paradise!

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?

We love the beautiful view of Fish Bay. I love listening to all the birds, frogs and insects outside when we go to bed at night. The sounds are so soothing. The abundance of stars in the sky in St John is amazing. I can sit on the deck for hours gazing at the stars and watching cruise ships leave St Thomas, all lit up.
