Spring Break Family Vacation

We enjoyed our vacation at Navarre. The condo was nice, clean and plenty of room for teenagers to have their space. The Gulf view was perfect. We would stay here again.

Nice week at Navarre Beach

The condo and beach are nice. The artwork in the condo is great. Only wish is that the umbrella guys didn’t take up the whole beach in front of the condo.

Spring Break ‘23

Great weekend to cap off spring break! While the weather did not cooperate, the heated pool made the stay worth our time. The property is equipped with all you need to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Just like the photos

Condo 904 was just like the photos. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and looking out at the ocean. It was clean when we arrived and the host was quickly to respond to my questions.

Spectacular view!

Enjoyed every minute of our stay in this property. Spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed right down to the wine cork screw. 😄 My top reasons for a 5 star rating was cleanliness, quietness, and view! Wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again and again and again!

Navarre beach front

The location was perfect. Communication with the rental company was great. They gave us an option for early chick in and late check out which was very helpful because everyone usually checks in at about 3pm so it’s usually chaotic trying to get in the elevator. Patio furniture could use some updating but was in okay condition.

I was very pleased.

But for a woman that cooks, they need to have more dish towels and dish cloths to be available. I could not find any pot holders to use either. If I had to choose to stay again I would. Very nice beach at this time of year. Not crowded at all in which I loved.

Disappointed

Condo smelled when we arrived. The master bath shower hot and cold were wrong. The shower had a continuous drip. You all sent maintenance into our condo without letting us know. There were several outlets that did not work. Got an accusatory text we were still at the property when we actually left before 9 am. We’ve stayed in the past but this experience has not been up to par especially for the price we paid.

Lovely condo

The Pearl 904 was lovely and enjoyable. We were very comfortable and would definitely book again. Only feedback is: beds were a bit too firm, no hair dryer as advertised, supplies provided could be better. There was no clothes detergent to wash towels and very minimal dish soap.. only a single squeeze packet. Other places have also provided a bath setup with small shampoos etc. There were no extra pillows or blankets other than what was on the beds. May seem like a small thing but one of us got cold at night and there was no blanket which few people travel with. Otherwise we considered it to be a great accommodation!

Navarre Beach at The Pearl wonderful

First walked in and loved the view of the beach and water the patio was the best part of the place loved the sound of the waves. The master bedroom was large, bed was very comfortable ( I need harder pillows to sleep on but I made do) very large bathroom did have problem with shower was hard to turn on and off on Thanksgivings Day it broke water would not turn off, I called and a handyman came over about 1 1/2 hours later and shut the water off to the shower came back 24 hours later and fixed it. The TV's in each room worked great and had lots of channels to chose from. Kitchen was well stocked with pan and things we need to fix breakfast and dinner with. My sister and I came to celebrate my 65th birthday we stayed 8 night & 7 days and had a great relaxing time and hope to return again thank you for all your help. Shirley Wright from KY

Perfect Vacation rental!

Was so wonderful to be able to look out at the ocean throughout the day even if it was too cold to go down swimming. Enjoyed the building's hot tub and pool when warm enough. The condo was immaculate. Good AC as well as heat as needed. Cooking utensils enough. Could have used a vegetable peeler and a can opener that worked. Other than that, enough pots and pans and dishes and glasses available. Dishwasher, washer & dryer worked well. Enough soaps for bath and dishes, paper towels & toilet tissue to get us started for the week. Bring your own clothes washing soap. In town Dollar Store was available for small sized replacement products needed. Enjoyed the master bedroom overlooking the ocean with a working recliner! Also enjoyed the huge hot tub in the huge bathroom that worked well (though noisy). Even separate sinks with a door between. Loved eating on the patio or sitting to enjoy the ocean air. Condo was close to elevator too which made it convenient for bringing up suitcases etc. on the carts the management provided! Good fast internet connection was great since my daughter needed to work daily 9-5. She loved being able to clear her head and walk on the beach for her lunch break and after work. We had a wonderful week there and felt rested when we left.
