The 14' wide x 22' long x 5' deep pool has a 6' x 6' spa with 4 jets that sits above and cascades into the pool.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, 40" smart TV and slider that leads to a private shaded patio with an outdoor living room overlooking the desert landscaping. The bright en-suite includes a large glass walk-in shower with clerestory windows above. The large closet has built-ins from end to end and floor to ceiling.

The guest bedroom has a king bed, 55" smart tv, a small desk with a desk chair for working, and a large closet. The hall guest bath also has a large glass-enclosed walk-in shower and is brightened by clerestory windows.

The open and updated kitchen is the perfect place to whip up your gourmet specialties. There's plenty of quartz countertop space and quality stainless steel appliances for the chef. Or simply shake up your favorite craft cocktails and serve them from the bar out to the dining room.

This Racquet Club home is perfect for a single traveler, two couples or a small group/family. Inside and out, Desert Gem lives large - inside and out!

RULES AND THINGS TO NOTE:
**Pool and spa heat are optional for $30-$80 per day. This fee is not included in the quoted price on some booking platforms and, if not, will be collected after you book.
**Minimum age for every guest is 25 unless accompanied by a parent. No groups larger than 4 (regardless of age) and no parties.
**Palm Springs has strict noise, occupancy, and parking rules, INCLUDING THAT NO MUSIC IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE AT ANY TIME. Violation of these rules will result in a $1000 fine and immediate eviction from the house with no refund.
**Included in your booking is an accidental damage waiver fee which applies to covered damage up to $2000. Rules and limits apply. See the rental contract for more information.
**On rentals of 28-nights or more renter is responsible for the entire gas and electric bill from check-in to check-out based on meter reads. A $3500 utility deposit will be collected after booking and will be applied to these bills. Any remaining balance will be refunded to you, however, you will also be responsible for any overages.
**The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract which you must sign after you book and requires that you send us a copy of your ID before you check in.
**This house is not pet-friendly. NO ANIMALS ALLOWED.
