El Farito is a small complex with 12 oceanfront condominium located on the picturesque Banderas Bay. This condo has all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation. The condo is located on the 5th floor, which allows a great breeze through out the unit and great views of the bay. Sorry no children under 13.
Enjoy watching the whales in the bay or watching the surfer right in front of the condo.
The pool area provides a great place to lie in the sun or take a dip in the pool. After a day of sight seeing or playing on the beach, enjoy relaxing in the hot tub. The private beach area has lounge chairs and palapas for shade. Outdoor kitchen with gas grill, small fridge and dining area available in private beach area.
El Farito is located in Punta de Mita which is one of Mexico's best kept secret. This small colony offers a wide variety of adventures. From surfing, to whale watching, to charter fishing you will find it here. Or if you are looking for a laid back, relaxed place you can find it here as well. The beach is great for 'treasure' hunting shells and rocks or long romantic walks. You will find everything you need in the colony from great restaurants to street vendors offering the best tacos, to many small 'grocery' stores which can supply all your shopping needs. The Saturday street market is a great place for fresh vegetables. The locals are friendly and very helpful with everything you might need.
The condo features a master bedroom with a small private balcony which over looks the colony and hills. Walk in shower, double sinks and a king size bed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with adjoining bathroom. All linens are provided plus bath towels and beach towels.
The kitchen is furnished with all the appliances you would need to cook your favorite meals. Laundry room with washer and dryer. WiFi fiber optic internet access, local phone and long distance phone with free long distance calls to the states. Living room has a great view of the bay. Smart TV with DVD player with movie library and also book library. A great way to start the day is on the balcony with your morning coffee watching the sun rise or watching for whales. End the day watching the sun set.

Amazing host and location!!

What a fantastic place in the most amazing location. Both Dora and the property management were 10/10 on all aspects of our trip. I highly recommend this place and cannot wait until we return which will not be long from now!

Great location and wonderful service

Loved the stay in this well appointed condo. The hosts were very responsive and their property managers were excellent. We had everything we needed here. I’d highly recommend this if you’re looking for a gorgeous view in walking distance to the restaurants in town.

Amazing stay in Punta de Mita

My best friend and I had an incredible stay at El Farito. The condo is spacious and gorgeous, with amazing views. The location is perfect. The host was communicative and welcoming, even leaving us a welcome snack and drinks! Can't wait to visit again.

Great Location

El Farito condo complex is an amazing spot in a perfect location. The condo is great and has everything you need. As 2 couples renting the condo there was more then enough space for our stay. We ended up cooking at home most nights and enjoying the view over meals on the patio deck. The Pool and outdoor showers where a nice treat. The location to the marina allows for easy boat trips to surf breaks and Marietas Island. The owner Dora, was very helpful with any questions we had with the rental.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at El Farito. The condo was beautiful, the host/owner and property manager were excellent to deal with, and very accommodating. Loved having the sliding door (with screen) in the master bedroom for sleeping at night. Never had to use the A/C at all. Comfortable bed. Our only item on the “wish list” would have been an umbrella for the deck. We hope to be back one day!

Great Place for Family Spring Break

Very comfortable condo right on the beach in Punta Mita. Enjoyed all the sights of the beach and harbor from our 5th floor patio balcony (its nice being a bit higher up for great views and some sepation from the pool area). Condo came complete with everything we needed to cook our meals (mainly breakfast and lunch). The living room and balcony functions as one space thanks to extra large patio door opening. Each spacious bedroom is comfortable and have a private bath with shower. Location in Punta Mita was great for us as it was easy travel to all the Nayarit area beaches then home at the end of the day to clean up, relax with some drinks on the balcony and then venture out for a comfortable walk to many wonderful restaurants for dinner. Would encourage all to explore beyond the front "tourist" restaurants and find some real culinary gems in town. Check in and out was super easy and communications with the property managers were excellent. Only challenge was spotty wifi reaching the back bedrooms. LOVED OUR STAY!

Amazing vacation, can't wait to go back!!

We loved Punta Mita. We usually go to Cabo and really enjoyed everything Punta Mita was about. It's a mellow fishing/surfing town.From the very beginning Dora was very helpful with information about the condo and area. The condo was beautiful and everything we could have hoped for. Spectacular view of the ocean. There was more then enough room for 4 of us. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed and plenty of towels. We brought our 2 boys ages 9 and 11 and they had the time of their lives. We all felt very comfortable, safe, and at home. Carmen the property manager was so helpful, and suggested the best places to eat. Stinky's surf spot is right out front which is great for longboarding, kids surfing and Stand up paddle boarding. All the locals were very friendly. We will be back and stay here again.

So much space

My husband and I stayed for a week. We are regular vistors to Punta de Mita, but this was our first stay at the El Farito condos. We appreciated the private beach as we were able to leave our water bottles, books, towels and enjoy the ocean on whatever water sport we chose. Easy place to stay and the surf racks were convenient and safe. Fully equipped, quiet and we needed nothing. The beach towels were the best. Thanks and would stay again.

Excellent Condo and Fabulous View

We stayed a week and wished we could stay a month. Condo was perfect for our family of 3 and was in excellent shape. The owners are very helpful and their caretaker was amazing. We will be back!

Great location! Great fun!

For my husband's first trip to Mexico, this was an awesome first impression. The condo is exactly like described and pictured. Very clean and bright and the view from the balcony is incredible.....at such an affordable price! Large spacious kitchen and living room and Netflix available to watch movies with the AC on! Really a great option. Dora is very responsive and you can tell she just wants you to enjoy your time at the condo. I would highly recommend this condo and hope we get to go back sooner than later!

My husband and I were so lucky to spend 2 weeks in Dora and Sid's condo in February. It is very clean, has a well stocked kitchen with excellent pots and pans. You won't find any flaking teflon here!! Utensils are great and the knives were really sharp which was a pleasant surprise. All of the appliances are in great condition and work well. The king size bed is very comfortable. The furniture is comfortable. Sunrise and sunsets from the balcony are amazing. It is obvious that they take pride in their condo and it is well looked after. Punta de Mita is a lovely little town with very friendly people. We bought our groceries from the local shops. There are lots of options for restaurants and they are reasonably priced. The beach goes for miles and we did a long walk daily. We were only in the pool once and spent a lot of time in the ocean. Taxis are expensive. We took the bus to La Cruz to the Sunday market and into Bucerias. The bus is reasonable and comes often. If you're looking for a relaxing, quiet holiday, this is the place for you. I would recommend it highly and would absolutely return.

Amazing time again!

We stayed at Sid and Dora's beautiful condo for the second time. We stayed two years ago and never hesitated at going back. As a matter of fact, we couldn't wait to get back and will do again. The condo is exactly as pictured. The pool and grounds are well maintained and very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including a blender to make margaritas! We used the barbecue, which is located down by the pool. My husband grilled us up some great meals. We purchased fresh fish from the marina right near the condo. There are many shops and restaurants all within walking distance. We laid by the pool, swam in the ocean, did some boogie boarding and went for long walks along the beach...the beach never ends!! So gorgeous! The sunsets and sunrises from the balcony are breathtaking. Dora and Sid are amazing and very easy to contact and reply quickly to all inquires. Carmen, the manager, was very helpful and was there when we arrived and answered all and any questions! We will definitely be coming back...it is a little piece of paradise!

Again we had a great time at El Farito...This is a very quite village to vacation in , enjoy the weather, sunrise, sunsets and just relax. The condo and grounds are very clean and have everything you could want. The local markets and restaurants are all with in walking distance and without fear of getting sick from the food. The beach is right off the pool area and easy to get to. I feel very comfortable staying here and will do so again. Carman, the meet and greet agent is VERY helpful with everything you need and made sure we had her phone contact for any concerns. Thank you for a restful vacation......

Lovely Beach side condo

We have a lovely time in Punta while we stayed at this lovely condo. It was pretty, well furnished, and in a great location. We swam in the pool, walked the beaches, and ate at the local restaurants. For bigger excitement we drove to the next towns down the beach. The condo was as described, was clean, and the other residents were quiet and friendly. It was a quiet and restful vacation. Just what we needed.

What a wonderful time we had !!!!! Lots of sun, whale watching, and beautiful sun rises and sun sets. What more could you ask for. The condo had everything we needed or could want. Lots of places to eat in the villiage if we didn't want to cook and the local markets were fun to explore. The beach was outstanding, you can walk for miles and only see a few people on the weekdays and more on the weekends because it's a spot for the locals to relax also. It's nothing like the resorts in a tourist area, no crowds, no noise and a safe feeling about being alone on the beach or in town. We will return for the peace and relaxation of El Farito. Thank you Dora for everything you did to make our trip a dream come true.

Fantastic location at a great price!

I took my 17 year old son down for his high school graduation gift and we had a great experience. The condo was very comfortable and the view and location is ideal. We were there during the whale migration season and saw whales every day while sitting on the balcony. We are also surfers and from the condo you can see several surf breaks that you can boat, drive or even walk to. The pool and hot tub were quite nice as well. Walking distance from the condo is every restaurant you can imagine. Since you are right by the marina there are also several surf trips, boat charters, whale watching and snorkeling excursions at your doorstep. Walking east from the hotel on the long beach was especially lovely, as was catching the sunrise each morning. Dora was very accommodating with my questions and requests and very prompt to return my deposit. I plan to return and will definitely stay here again.

Paradise in Punta de Mita

We couldn’t have asked for a better holiday. The condo is so great! The pool, the beach, the sun, the location...everything, perfect!! We took the bus from the airport and had no trouble finding the place and Carmen (the manager) was waiting for us at the gate to let us in. We went out to see the whales and went snorkeling at Marietas Island. We had fresh fish from the marina next to the condo, Mahi Mahi, snapper and another type I can’t remember that we BBQ’d at the communal BBQ. We ate dinner at El Dorado’s, Rosa’s, La Cabana and Margaritas. So many restaurants to choose from! We hopped on the bus and went shopping to La Cruz and Bucerias on the Sunday for the Mexican Markets. The condo is exactly as pictured. It was a perfect home away from home! The town of Punta de Mita is quite small and quiet. There are a number of mini markets to buy groceries and a few souvenir shops. The owners, Dora and Sid, were very helpful answering all our questions and giving us tips and directions to the condo from the airport. I would highly recommend staying here and can hardly wait until we can return!!

Great condo!

My wife and I stayed here the last week of February. It is a great location right on the beach. I spent my time fishing for several days. The condo is the closest I saw that was on the beach and by the marina and the restaurants. No need for a car short walks to what we needed. It was well decorated, very up to date and everything worked well. Don,t let the low price throw you. It is a bargain and very nice. Two queen beds each with its own bathroom. It is on the fifth floor and the view is great. We would leave the sliding balcony doors open feel the breeze and enjoy the sound of the ocean. We cooked when we wanted to or hit the restaurants. They had up to date DVDs a phone for Mexico and one for calls to the states. Wifi worked great. They have a laundry room which we used so I didn't have to go home with stinky fishing clothes. My wife would swim each day in the ocean then the pool and end it in the hot tub. The best sand for swimming is just to the left when you walk out the beach gate. Right in front it is a little rocky. We enjoyed eating at El Dorado and Tacos and Papas. We look forward to returning. Dora explained how to use the bus to get from the airport and back. We took a cab from the airport to the condo because we were unfamiliar $80. We took the bus at the end of the trip back to the airport $5.

THE BEST WEEKEND EVER.

I had an awesome time in this condo would recommend to anyone and all ages, the pool is very nice size, the beach is the best in all of Punta Mita because its the only one that has sand in it if you stay ells where you will find out that the beach is just rocks, very nice to go walking around you have very nice restaurants just in a five minute walk, had an awesome time, went there with mi girlfriends parents, my girlfriend and myself the condo is very new and all appliances are what we would call deluxe, highly recommend to anyone and the condo is at a really cheap price ones you see the view. o and I also forgot fishing is GREAT!!!!!!!!!!! and if fishing is not for you, just go to Islas Marietas and do some scuba diving you will have a blast.

We live on the Hood Canal in Washington in an 'old beach cabin' Sid's father built. We love this area and feel fortunate that we can enjoy our time here and Mexico. We love spending time with family and friends during the summer here on the beach, picking oysters, digging for clams and crabbing. During the winter we spend time in Mexico and would love to be able to share our beautiful place with others when not there.

We are the orginal owners of our 5th floor unit. After seeing the area for the first time, we decide that this would be our home away from home. We are close enough to Puerto Vallarta yet far enough out to feel we are in a slower life style, which is what we love about Punta de Mita. It's a great place to come to 'recharge' your life and find peace within. Love being able to share this wonderful place with others.

We love our place here in Punta Mita. We appracitate the slow and relaxing atmosphere.
There are so many things to do here. Whale watch, surf, fishing, beach walking. Everything you would need, you can find here in our little village. Each year we find more things we did not notice the year before. New stores, resturants, street taco stands. It's an adventure each time we leave our front gate. We want to share this wonderful place and let others enjoy and experience what we have found here.
