We think you will like our comfortable villa. It has been in the family for over 50 years! There is plentiful seating in the spacious living area and enclosed porch. Have your morning coffee on the porch while critiquing the swings of golfers on the fourth tee of the Atlantic Dunes golf course (formerly called Ocean Course), or enjoying the wildlife that frequents the lagoons right outside the back door (yes...there are alligators.) Walk across the bridge to our private putting green, available only to property owners and their guests. The tennis court is just a short walk from our front door and the beach is a short ten minute walk. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. Renovated with new cabinetry, countertops and flooring in 2025. A large, deep utility sink and full sized washer and dryer are in the laundry area. The enclosed court yard serves to store chairs, hang towels and rinse off after a day at the beach. The master bedroom downstairs has a private bath with large walk-in shower. Furnishings include a king size bed and two chests of drawers. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with a pair of twin beds and chests with ample drawer space. Each bedroom has its own bath with tub/shower combination. The living area and porch have flat screen TVs with HDTV cable. There is a small DVD library for down time. We also provide wireless internet. Our allotted parking spaces are just outside the front door. No stairs to climb or elevators to ride to enter the villa. Perfect for the guests who find climbing stairs challenging.
