Beautiful Fall getaway

Loved the villa on the lake with outdoor fireplace and the fun amenities that were included: kayaks, putt-putt, shuffleboard, etc.

Family vacation

We took our kids, their spouses & grandson on a family trip. We enjoyed our stay! The villa was great, the view was awesome! We enjoyed the kayaks & fishing off the pier! Pool was right outside the door & was beautiful! We will stay here again!

Beautiful and convenient

We really enjoyed the view and the outdoor fireplace, fully equipped with wood and fire starters. Clean and well furnished. Comfy beds and plenty of cooking equipment.

Great Getaway

We loved our visit to Missouri and these accommodations were perfect for us! From the view, to the comfort of the beds, to the laundry pods available for our use, we could not have asked for more! Having the cut wood available for the outdoor fireplace and the hot tub being close by was great for the cold weather during our stay. We can't wait to return when the weather is warm and utilize the other amenities!

Very pleasant.

Very nice stay. Roger was very helpful. We suggest putting blinds on the side dining room windows. Everyone loved the pools and hot tubs.

Beautiful location

Our family stayed here over spring break and had a wonderful time. The kids loved all the included amenities. Walking into the unit you are greeted by a beautiful view of the lake. We loved the fireplace on the patio. It is truly a great place to relax. It is a bit out there so be sure to plan a grocery stop, but once you are there, you don’t need to leave. We did check out Dogwood Canyon right down the road and would definitely recommend that as well!

Perfect spot

Our villa was amazingly perfect. The view of the lake and feeling of privacy even having other villas nearby. Having all our entertainment in one place was just what we wanted. 2 pools, water slide, splash pad, hot tubs, mini golf, playground, shuffleboard, kayak, SUPS, water trampoline...it was all at our fingertips and we enjoyed all of it! We rented a boat for a day as well and it was very nice. Definitely recommend!

Socially distant Spring Break 2021

Our family had a wonderful time. We enjoyed all the amenities and especially enjoyed the outdoor fireplace each night. The Villa was spotless and clean upon arrival. Enjoying a cup of coffee each morning with a view of the lake was just what this Michigan soul needed. No big issues...only problem was the first two nights we had VERY loud and disrespectful neighbors but after they they the rest of our week was be perfect.

Great place to stay on Table Rock

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. Loved the easy access to the lake. The duplex was spacious and clean. The kitchen sink in our unit could probably use an update and the ice-maker did not work in our fridge. Luckily there was ice available on the property. Loved the back deck and grill; agree with another reviewer that blinds on the kitchen windows would improve privacy a lot. All in all a great stay, but for the price could use the improvements mentioned.

Weekend at the lake

The home and the setting were both beautiful. Water activities are easy to arrange. The listing on vrbo didn’t mention an extra charge for guests 9-12. Fortunately we weren’t charged for a child under two. They are located a solid 30 minutes off highway 65. Bring everything you need with you.

Short Fun Weekend

With being there just two nights there was so much to do on site that we didn’t even feel like we had enough time to do it all. Between mini golf, pickleball, shuffleboard, all of the other available yard games, the pools, the hot tubs, fishing, all the available lake toys/watersports, the kids had a blast bouncing from one to the next. Everyone thought that the grounds were very nice and well kept. With the free wood located all over the grounds we never ran out of a warm fire on the cool nights we were there, so it was perfect . The whole family really enjoyed the stay and when Sunday morning rolled around we were all not ready leave and looking forward to coming back!

Beautiful Views

Beautiful views and the patio was such fun! The unit needs some attention by the owner group to fix things like cracks in the kitchen sink, non-working ice maker, lose light fixture in master shower and other touch ups. We were disappointed that there wasn’t property management onsite other than a maintenance man who showed up the morning of our departure.

Hi Rhonda, We just wanted to address some of your issues. It is very hard to keep the ice makers in working order in rental homes that sleep up to 12 people. The demand on the machine is just too much. The rules and regulations email (and also in the binder in your villa) states that we have a large ice cooler, like the type at convenience stores, for you to get ice from right across from your villa. We're sorry you missed that. Our on-site manager lives right next door and all the information we provided you asked that you call or text him if you had any questions, concerns or issues. He would have been happy to come and assist you with anything you needed. We're glad you enjoyed the view and hope you otherwise enjoyed your stay. Thank you, Faria Resorts

Clean pools, comfortable beds, property host very helpful.

Overall, we had a great experience. The pools and recreational areas were very clean. The property manager was very helpful. Our only complaint was the tile floor was filthy and hadn’t been vacuumed or mopped prior to our stay. The bottoms of all our feet was evidence of this, as none of us had been outside without our shoes. It appeared the carpet also needed a deep clean and shampoo. When our refrigerator stopped working, the property manager quickly responded with a new one the next day.

Chalet villa 7

We enjoyed the property and amenities. There was a ton of stuff for everyone to do. The pictures online made it appear we were within walking distance of the boat dock and slips. We were quite far away forcing us to rent golf carts which were not planned and added to the cost of our stay. The pictures of the outside of the property being stayed at need to show where you are at in proximity with the boat slips. Additionally the pictures made it appear ok could swim in the lake off the back patio. The villa er stayed at had a steep hill to the lake. It was not possible to swim there.

Hi Kelly, We're glad you were able to enjoy the amenities at the resort. Yes, the villa is about a 5-7 minute walk to the dock. I double checked the listing pictures and didn't see any showing the villa right next to the dock. I did find one of a side view of the back patio showing the hill down to the water. Also, as it states in the listing, the lake level fluctuates so at times, the hill will be much smaller than it is other times. We try to be very accurate in our listings, so we do apologize for any misunderstanding or inconvenience. We hope you will come back and try one of our 5 or 6 bedroom lodges that are right in front of the dock. Thank you, Faria Resorts

We loved it.

Very peaceful location.

We loved the property, especially the outdoor fireplace. Everything we needed was easily accessible. We had a party of 8 adults and the rooms were very generous.

Nice stay on the lake

We stayed in Villa #7 and it was an enjoyable stay. We would certainly return. The villa was clean enough and the property had plenty for us to do. The view of the hills was just lovely. Plan to cook or grill unless you don’t mind driving 25-35 minutes for meals. We stayed here because we wanted to be away from the hustle and bustle of city life and this fit the bill.

Relaxing!

Great property. Well stocked kitchen, they have thought of everything at this home! We loved our stay. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy all the amenities. The drive to Branson is probably 40 minutes but excellent location on the lake.

Beautiful Views

This property had an amazing view of the lake and plenty of amenities to keep the kiddos happy. Outstanding stay, we will be back. We even had a visit from an eagle each morning.
