Enjoy the stunning Hali'i Kai resort oceanfront lava rock trail, the Ocean Club pool, spa, exercise hale, full bar and grille just steps from the villa. For a day at Hapuna Beach, which is ranked in the top 10 most beautiful beaches of the world, there are beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler with ice packs, boogie boards, sand toys and snorkel gear. Or visit A-Bay beach, less than a minute away from the villa, an ideal safe lagoon for children adjacent to Lava Lava Beach Club. Five stars across the board. Two lava rock paths to different beaches (A Bay and Black Sand Beach) are right outside your backyard, with amazing sunset and ocean views. Steps away from the Ocean Club pool & restaurant. We honeymooned here and will be renting exclusively this unit for any future trips. It was comfortable, fully stocked with kitchen and cooking supplies, and owned by the most responsive, kind, and considerate hosts. Cannot recommend 15B enough! Do yourself a favor and book this unit!

We loved our time here for the second year in a row. Highly recommend it! The grounds are impeccably kept and it is a quiet location with a beautiful view of the ocean and whales. Kitchen is well suited for cooking in. Place was spotlessly clean. Host is wonderful to work with and very accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay! Great food and drinks at nearby restaurant and bar, pool was fabulous and kids never wanted to leave. Room was clean, refreshing and supplied with several amenities that really made the trip fun!

Perfect getaway

Very beautiful location with ocean views and close walk to the pool!

This unit is one of just a few located on the ocean at Hali'I Kai. We love Hali'i Kai with its heated-pool and restaurant and fitness center at the pool overlooking the ocean.

Perfect stay for a family trip !

The condo was awesome- the listing is very accurate! Clean, VERY well stocked and the owners were very responsive. Proximity to the ocean club (pool & restaurant) was perfect with small kids. The view is incredible! We will be back.

Family Getaway

Vacation with my 85 year old mom who hasn’t been to Hawaii in 20 years as well as my youngest son and daughter in law who are pregnant with my first grandchild. Incredible view

Our story began 45 years ago in California- the next 45 will be in Hawaii!! We purchased a fixer upper home 5 years ago in North Kohala and are still working on the renovation-let's just say we have embraced the much slower pace of the Big Island! Maybe when we retire(again!) it will be in Hali'i Kai 15B- but until then, make yourselves at home. We had taken many vacations to Hawaii and the dry side of the Big Island became the obvious choice as Sue discovered the consistent warmth has reduced her arthritis pain -unlike the extreme temperature changes in California. Perhaps the amazing sunsets, stargazing and mai tais may have also influenced our decision! Hali'i Kai is the prime location on the island-our villa 15B is one of a handful of truly oceanfront accommodations within Waikoloa Resorts. Easy drives to Kona, Hilo, Waimea and countless of hidden gems we can share!

Aloha is a way of life in Hawaii and we truly believe each guest will experience the beautiful spirit of the island. It all begins with feeling the ocean spray and listening to the crashing waves from your private lanai! We have made our ground floor villa accessible for everyone-no carpet-new shower with built in seat and a lot of open floor space throughout the villa with easy to move furniture-new appliances and full size weber grill. (fully stocked kitchen-too many to list but even a rice cooker for the fresh fish barbecue is my fave!) Location to Ocean Club pools, exercise is perfect. This a a TRUE OCEANFRONT VILLA-not just oceanview as others should clarify-only villas in buildings 13 14 and 15 are truly oceanfront!!
