Comfortable Desert Hideaway with a Beautiful Unobstructed Mountain View

Enjoy the beautiful, unobstructed view of the Santa Rita Mountains from the spacious, quiet, backyard patio. The patio comes equipped with a gas barbecue, pergola with sunshades and comfortable furniture to enjoy the sunny weather and sunset views. Our townhouse is located within walking distance of the Desert Hills Social Center (swimming, tennis, workout room, sauna, classes, hot tub, etc.). Enjoy walking through the nearby arroyo with maintained trails.
The single level townhouse has an open floor plan, with arched doorways, and is tastefully decorated. There are two bedrooms, separated by the two baths, and two large closets; very private for your guests. The master has a full sized bed and the guest room has two twins. The master bath has a walk in shower and the guest bath has a shower-bath. The bathrooms and kitchen are updated. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the amenities you will need, including washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, etc. Linens, blankets, towels are all supplied.
Our home has high speed wireless internet. There is a large tv in the living room. There is an antenna for local channels and access to Amazon Prime andNetflix for streaming.
We feel the private patio, with the stunning view of the Santa Rita Mountains will entice you to spend your time on the patio, relaxing on the chaise lounge, reading a good book, having a beverage, cooking on the gas barbecue or just taking in the view and marveling at another beautiful, sunny day in Arizona.
Green Valley Recreation has an amazing offering of activities at a number of facilities dispersed throughout the community, all with incredible swimming pools, and a variety of activities. Our neighborhood of Desert Hills 2 is no exception, and is a very convenient 5-10 minute walk. These facilities require a tenant pass which we have information on, along with a number of guides and literature for the area, including a list of golf clubs in the area, all included in our guest book.

Great place to stay

The views from the patio are better than advertised. We enjoyed the sunrises coming over the mountains and the sunsets in the evenings. The townhouse is convenient to the Canoa Hills Walking Tails and within walking distance to a golf course. The neighborhood is quite. The neighbors we met were very friendly. The townhouse was clean and the owners responded quickly when there was an issue with the internet. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to a return trip.

Pride of Ownership with a Spectacular View

This property is a five star plus! The owners have gone above and beyond to make your visit comfortable and hassle free. All that is required are your clothes and groceries. This home exemplifies cleanliness and order with many amenities and more provided from the inside out. The southwest decor is beautiful and the view of the mountains from the patio is spectacular. The neighborhood is very peaceful. We consider ourselves fortunate to have stayed here and highly recommend it to everyone. Glad we found this place

The accommodations were just right for our week long visit. The location was close to our activities and just a few minutes away from our friends who live in Quail Creek. The property was clean and the owners were responsive when first making arrangements several months ago. Very nice neighborhood for walking and I easily got my daily steps in to reach my exercise goals even while on vacation. The neighbors were friendly too. We would recommend if you are visiting Green Valley.

Comfortable and nice townhouse

We stayed in the house 4 weeks and enjoyed every single day. The view from the terrace to Mt. Wrightson is stunning. The house itself is very well furnished and very nicely decorated. The communication with the owner was easy and prompt.

Everything we needed

Wonderful place. Spotless and very comfortable. Perfect size for Every need was anticipated. Kitchen was so well equipped, we decided to cook in almost every night so we could be on the patio to enjoy the sunset views and stars. Can't wait to visit again!

A Lovely Home!

The owners are very easy to work with. The house is clean, neat, and comfortable. The view from the back patio is breathtaking. The house is very convenient and close to the highway and the grocery.

If you would like a comfortable, peaceful place to spend your vacation This is the place to stay.

Close to the city, yet far enough from it to enjoy the peaceful surroundings; this was the right place for us to stay. We had a good time watching the environment, that we enjoyed day and night. In the morning we enjoyed the birds singing to the sunrise and mountains that changed colors depending on the hour you see them. We were able to enjoy the monsoon rain in the afternoon, and the smell of the desert that came to life with every drop of water falling from the sky. The wild life is abundant, from the patio, you can watch the families of Javelins crossing the creek, and the rabbits wandering around . At night, we enjoyed the full moon surrounded by clouds that gave it a well deserved frame. Inside the house, the owners took care of every single detail, making the place comfortable and enjoyable. The decoration was very much according to the area where the house is located and the amenities were there for us to enjoy. Four golf courses are located within eight miles from the house, So we played in three of them during our stay. We also enjoyed the tennis course and swimming pull, they were very clean and accessible, very close to the house. Thanks to Bonnie and Paul for making this a very enjoyable experience.
