This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom Cottage is just 50 steps away from our million dollar amenities center where you also access the beach. You enter this home through a beautiful white, airy, and spacious kitchen equipped with upgraded stainless steel Bosch appliances, an abundance of counter space, and a bar top with seating for 4. From the kitchen, you will find a large dining table with seating for eight. The dining area flows into the living area, which has plenty of room to lounge in front of the flat-screen TV and gas fireplace. The living room provides easy access to a screened porch and a fenced outdoor living space furnished with a fire pit, BBQ, lounging furniture, and a dining table with seating for four. The master bedroom on the first floor, includes a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite bath with a double vanity and oversized walk-in shower. Completing the first floor is a half bath and laundry room. You enter the second floor to a quaint sitting area with a flat screen TV, perfect for the kids. From there you will find both guest rooms. Both guest rooms have private in suite bathrooms, walk-in closets, and access to the screened porch. Two sleeper swings and rocking chairs make this large porch another great relaxation zone. An attached garage stores a cooler, beach towels, an umbrella, and 6 beach chairs for your use. Two driveway parking spaces are located outside. This cottage is the "Osprey" floor plan and accommodates 6. In addition, guests have access to The Cottages at Jekyll Island's million-dollar amenities, which include Clubhouse, zero-entry pool and fitness, beach deck, beach access and a community fire pit.

BEACH ACCESS AT THE COTTAGES
Overview: The Cottages beach is about 2,000 feet long, featuring a dune area and seawall.
Access Points: There are three dune crossovers to the sandy area, always accessible for recreation. Main access is near the pool and clubhouse.
Tide Information: At high tide, water reaches the seawall, changing every six hours. Check a tide chart to plan your beach time.
Nearby Facilities: Oceanview Beach Park, about 2 miles south past the Holiday Inn, offers all-day ocean access. Explore all Jekyll Island beaches on their website.
Important Note: Storms may affect beach crossover access, and we cannot guarantee beach access at all times.
