Indoors: Villa Le Rondini spans across two floors, seamlessly connected by a staircase. Upon entering the historical villa through the main gate, guests are greeted by a spacious living area adorned with charming majolica floorings, vaulted stone ceilings, and elegant furnishings, exuding a timeless ambiance. To the left of the main entrance, another inviting living space leads to a gracefully appointed double bedroom and adjacent bathroom.

Continuing through the main entrance, a door invites guests into the expansive dining area and fully-equipped kitchen, boasting light-filled windows that offer access to the terraces, al-fresco areas, and comfortable lounging furniture, ideal for ultimate relaxation.

Ascending the staircase to the first floor, guests discover four generously sized double bedrooms, each offering panoramic sea views and en-suite bathrooms. The doors lead out to the terrace, thoughtfully furnished for leisurely lounging and taking in the breathtaking vistas.

Outdoors: Villa Le Rondini features a main gate entrance that opens onto the enchanting outdoor spaces and convenient parking facilities. The patio surrounding the property is elegantly furnished for both lounging and dining, seamlessly blending with the Mediterranean gardens and other al fresco areas. Extending beyond the patio is the inviting pool area, complete with sun loungers, large umbrellas, and an expansive lawn, providing the perfect setting for guests to unwind and relax amidst the tranquility of the surroundings.

Situated in Massa Lubrense, Villa Le Rondini offers a charming retreat amidst the captivating landscapes of the Sorrentine Peninsula. Should you intend to use one of our villas or apartments for any type of commercial use, such as photo shooting or filming, please inform Feeling Italy of this at the time of booking. Such use will be allowed with Feeling Italy's written consent. Events, weddings, wedding receptions, or large gatherings on Feeling Italy's properties without written permission are not allowed unless specified in the description. Services provided by external suppliers, such as private chefs, and catering, among others, are not permitted in Feeling Italy properties. In such cases, you will be asked to pay an extra fee for your event or service.
Any wood ovens available on Feeling Italy's properties can solely be used by the professional pizza chefs provided by Feeling Italy. Please contact Feeling Italy to enquire about the cost and availability of this service on the property of your choice.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Standard check-in time is between 3 pm and 10 pm. 
In case of flight delays or any unforeseeable inconvenience while traveling, please contact our office or the property contact. Late arrivals are managed for an extra fee. 
Check-out time is 10 am. 
Early check-in and late arrivals are subject to availability and subject to an extra fee.

TOURIST TAX

Some of the Municipalities where Feeling Italy villas are located apply a local tourist tax. The amount of this tourist tax is calculated according to the number of nights of your reservation. It varies depending on location and must be paid directly by guests before arrival, or on arrival.
