Paradise found! This gorgeous 2 BR/2 Bath oceanfront condo has it all! Located in Discovery Point Club on Seven Mile Beach. Enjoy . Located on the 3rd floor (top floor, walk-up), enjoy unencumbered sunset views from your private lanai and the white sand and crystal clear water right outside your door.

Newly refreshed, this condo has everything you need for a fun, relaxing vacation. Freshly painted, new living room and lanai furniture, full kitchen, TVs, cable, BluRay/DVD players, WiFi, washer/dryer, bed linens, bath and beach towels, plus lots of extra amenities. The primary bedroom features a king bed while the second bedroom features two twins which can be joined together to make a king bed if needed (just tell us which you'd like prior to arrival). Pool, hot tub, and tennis are all included and on-site.

A stay at Discovery Point Club is an experience you're not likely to have elsewhere on Seven Mile Beach. Set toward the north end of Seven Mile Beach, the property has one of the largest expanses of private beach, with the clear turquoise water and fantastic snorkeling directly in front of you. There are plenty of lounge chairs and beach umbrellas, plenty of space for everyone to enjoy the beach and pool. Relax being away from the hustle and bustle of the cruise ships and large resorts, but get to grocery, shops and restaurants within minutes.

This condo is managed by the Discovery Point Club, right on site. Have a question or need help booking an excursion? Walk right across the parking area to the management office. Their friendly staff will help you with all your needs during your stay.

This unit is directly on the beach which is beautiful. There are palapas on the beach for shade with chairs and a nice pool. The places are older units that has been renovated. The kitchen was very well stocked, had plenty of linens and towels, including beach towels. Nice place to stay!!

Excellent stay

I can’t say enough how wonderful our stay was. The unit was spotless, it had everything that you needed including beach bags and snorkeling equipment. The proximity to the beach was amazing. It was so nice to sit on the screened porch in the evenings and listen to the waves and watch the sun sets and fireworks which we saw a few nights. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We will definitely return.

Wonderful stay in West Bay

We had a fantastic week at Discovery Point. We loved this unit. It’s beautifully decorated and has everything you could need. The staff at Discovery Point were amazing- they are so warm and welcoming and made us feel like family. Excellent communication with the owner. We can’t wait to return! Thank you for such an amazing time!

Great Stay in Grand Cayman

Truly loved our stay in Grand Cayman! The proximity to the beach, the pool, and area are all just perfect. The unit is nice and clean. We loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves at night. Great communication with the owner before and during our stay plus personal touches for our anniversary. We would highly recommend this property.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! The host was very accommodating and good with communication prior to and during our stay. It had a very relaxed family friendly vibe. The interior was very clean, comfortable, and the condo was well-stocked. The beach in front was beautiful. Would stay here again in the future!

Fantastic time at a fantastic property!

Couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay in Kim’s unit at the Discovery Point Club. We’ve been coming to Cayman for years and it was our first time staying at the Discovery Point Club. It was exactly as described and was the perfect location, right on the water! Located on the best side of 7mile beach, this location is perfect for those in need of some R&R. We will certainly be back!

We spent 7 nights at this property over Christmas 2017. The location is great! It’s a quieter section of beach away from the large hotels and resorts Inside is very nicely decorated and the views are spectacular! The beach is great for snorkelling or just floating the day away. The owners were extremely helpful. We would definitely stay here again when we visit in the future!

Spacious and quiet on a nice beach

Great condo in a quiet area of Seven Mile Beach. Condo was spacious and mattresses were comfortable. Pool and hot tub are very clean and good size. Kitchen is very well appointed. Overall the description listed is accurate.

We had an excellent stay at DPC unit 42. Nicely decorated condo with attention to detail. Condo had everything we needed & was closely located to great restaurants & resorts. Don’t look anywhere else. You will not be disappointed !

Very Nice Place

Nice condo. Clean and well supplied. A little hard to access the water do to the rocks. A short walk down the beach for better access. The thermostat is not user friendly. We could not turn the A/C off wile we had the door open to the porch.

Wonderful week's stay

The property is modern, clean, tasteful and in a tremendous location. Beach was never crowded and as first-time visitors we were amazed at the sheer abundance of marine life right off the beach, including sea turtles! Big ones! Snorkeling never got old and the beach itself was incredible. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Fantastic spot on a fantastic island.

The property was everything it described and more. The location was perfect, the staff that helped was friendly and available as needed. The beach where the property was located was pristine and relaxing. When we go back, we will look for the same condo and unit. Thanks for your services.

Nice condo and great location.

The condo was updated and clean. The owner provided everything we needed. The complex was quiet - no loud parties at night or at the pool area - which was nice. It’s not s huge complex so it was always easy to find a lounge chair on the beach or at the pool. We had a great time and will definitely stay here again!

Excellent location

At the North end of Seven Mile Beach so it was less populated. We had our choice of umbrellas, chairs, and cabanas since only a few families were at the beach at any given time. We visited at the end of June, so it was at the beginning of hurricane season which may be why the area was scarce, but the weather was gorgeous and we loved it. The water was a little rocky but once you figured out how to navigate it it was perfect! The unit offered a fruit basket and daily cleaning with plenty of towels and the staff was very friendly.

Wonderful!!

This was our fifth time back to Grand Cayman and we a great time! Condo #42 had everything we needed! They have a Keurig and provided the coffee pods for it. They had snorkel gear and all kinds of beach toys and floats. Honestly this is the best condo we have ever stayed at! You really only need to bring your clothes and bathing suit when staying here. Beach towels, kitchen supplies, shampoo and conditioner were all provided. Beds were very comfortable as well. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great location, beautiful views, spacious, modern and clean!

This was our second stay at Discovery Point and third stay on this stretch of 7-mile beach. Kim's condo is the best place we've stayed and we would definitely return in the future. Lots of space, modern appliances, furnishings and bathrooms. Love being able to walk all the way up and down 7 mile beach. We snorkeled several areas on the island and right out in front of the condo down to cemetery beach is very good. We loved that you had a great selection of games and movies. It was a real treat to find a bowl of fresh fruit, water and rum cake too! Thank you for your hospitality! Dave, Marjorie and Sam

Top Shelf Property!!!

My wife and I stayed 5 nights and wished it was at least 5 more. This unit is very clean, well-maintained and well -equipped. The master suite bed was comfortable as was the rest of the unit, but we spent most of our time on the beach - quiet and plenty of space. The overall property was very clean and well maintained and the staff very friendly. We rented a car so everything was accessible. A local Foster's grocery store was a few minutes away and a new really amazing Foster's was a 10 minute drive. Great restaurant options are within minutes. We look forward to coming back but for for a longer visit

Great Condo

This was our first trip to the Cayman Islands and are so happy that we selected Discovery Point #42 as our home for the week. The condo was very well equipped and in perfect condition upon our arrival. For us, we believe this was the best place to be on 7 Mile Beach. We were close to shopping and downtown, but found ourselves enjoying the condo and the resort so much that we spent most of our time on the beach relaxing and snorkeling the excellent reef in front of the complex. The quick walk to cemetery beach for snorkeling was a breeze, and the snorkeling was very good. Saw lots of varieties of small, medium and very large fish each day. Actually saw a 4-5' barracuda, a spotted eagle ray, large turtle and lots of others close by the condo. Lots of great places to eat out close by the condo and driving around the area was easy because of the excellent roads as compared to most islands. Overall this was a very enjoyable and memorable week of diving and snorkeling and when we return it will be at Kim's unit 42 for sure.

Discovery Point Club is on the north end of Seven Mile Beach, easy to get to everything but away from the noise and traffic of central George Town and the cruise ships. This condo is on the third floor, directly facing the beach and gorgeous water. You can't get any closer to the water without being in it! This condo has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing beach holiday, boasting all sorts of amenities - bath essentials, kitchen supplies, coffee, water toys, and even a welcome basket. All linens and towels, including beach towels, and daily housekeeping are included. There is really nothing you need to bring except your bathing suit and clothes.
