This condo for four is tucked away in a resort complex just a mile north of the town of San Pedro, letting you easily enjoy nearby shops and restaurants. Thanks to the balcony views of a freshwater enclosure, you'll feel a million miles away from city noise as you gaze into the waters below. To the east, meanwhile, lies the beach - soft sands are just a short distance away, past the bar and restaurants of nearby buildings of the resort.

After snapping a few photos of the breathtaking balcony view, step inside to relax in the living area. The wide glass windows let in plenty of natural light, highlighting the indigenous art on the walls. The living area offers a couch and lovely wicker armchair for relaxation, along with a flat-screen cable TV featuring a DVD player. This home also has free WiFi.

On-site restaurants with delivery ensure you'll be well-fed during your stay, but if you'd prefer to cook your own meals, just head over to the kitchen! A nice selection of basic appliances awaits, alongside gorgeous wooden cabinetry and an eat-in bar with stools for two. Great location and value!

Perfect location. Just minutes to so many great restaurants, bars, and activities. Farmhouse cafe is right across the street and has great coffee and breakfast. Security at the front entrance made us feel very safe, condo and property were clean, we had a beautiful peaceful view of the lagoon, concierge service was very helpful and responsive, AC and Wi-Fi worked great. Only cons were very minor.. the bed was too firm for my comfort. There also was no closet to hang clothes. The tv in the bedroom was very small (but we weren’t there to watch tv haha). Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely recommend this place!

The pictures were from years ago. The furniture was very uncomfortable as well the bed mattress is overdue for a replacement. There was not enough household items. The ice cube trays were broken, we had to purchase a water pitcher, cutting boards and ice trays. The ceiling light/fan in the living room was broken and we were advised it has been for over a year, and the owner will not pay to get it fixed. The water heater broke, but Vacasa was able to get it up and working within a couple of hours, but it needs replacement very soon. The location is amazing and the deck overlooking the lagoon is fantastic, so very quiet.

Cheap Place To Stay

This is a great unit if you do not expect the Hilton, which we did not expect the Hilton. However, upon arrival the entire kitchen was flooded due to a crack in the filtered water container. We told security immediately and waited for nearly 45 minutes. No one showed up and we were told that if was not leaking down to the second floor so it was not a big deal. We cleaned up the mess ourselves. And finally over an hour later someone showed up. It was never fixed so we ended up putting the container over the sink which was an inconvenience. The TV did not work. We told management on Monday and was told that someone would be there to fix it. No one showed up until Thursday. The drain in the shower is VERY JAGGED. You can and will cut your foot if you happen to drag it across the drain. You cannot change the temperature of the shower. It is lukewarm if that. Our power went out during our visit. No one came to advise us what was going on or when power would be restored. There were a total of 12 missing or not working light bulbs in the unit. Two ceiling fans did not work. There is minimal kitchen/household dishes. No large mixing bowls of sorts. Can opener does not work and no bottle opener. Now, the good stuff - the AC is COLD - works great. Laundry is just outside the unit and secure. We felt safe at this location. Overall, we would stay there again but maybe a different unit and I would ask alot more questions about the amenities and things included with the cost.

Great View of the Water-relaxing and quiet

Condo was clean and had AC, our concierge Lourdes Collado was great. She arranged for our golf cart, as well as an all day snorkeling excursion with Amigos Del Mar that was the highlight of our stay. I would recommend Mara Laguna as a great place to stay close to downtown, food, shopping, Akbol Yoga Center, and a short 20 min golf cart ride to Secret Beach.

Great location with a balcony view looking out in to the lagoon, beautiful sunsets, situated a few minutes golf cart ride from downtown San Pedro. The apartment was clean, although a bit outdated, the finishes are typical of the area and other units. The shower needs an update as well as getting the AC ducting figured out into the master. Otherwise, spacious for us (couple) and clean.

Loved this stay! Everything was very clean and in a great place to stay. Just a short golf cart ride to secret beach or to the main part of the island. The pool was also very nice. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Loved this home for the lovely lagoon view it has. Lovely for early morning and evening view. Absolutely helpful staff, especially Sergio who made sure the room and linen was very clean before we arrived. Will definitely be back.

Good Location

Spacious apartments with your basic needs. I had a Lakeview and I was in love with the view. So beautiful. The host were very responsive in a timely manner via WhatsApp. The kitchen came with more than enough plates and cutlery but there was salt but no pepper. The furniture is a bit out dated. I would stay again. This is located on the north side of the bridge.

This is a very nice condo with nice view. It was very comfortable. My only regret is that it is on the third floor. Cement steps with no handrail. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Beautiful condo and excellent service.

The condo was perfectly located just far enough away from town. It had a great view with a lot of space, and it was immaculate. What really impressed me was that on arrival the condo was open, the lights were on and everything was ready to go. I ran into a little problem with the key and Michaela was on top of it immediately. She was very easy to communicate with and responded very quickly. I have already Re booked it for my trip in March.

Great view and location!

Great view and location to everything. Staff was great. Only recommendation would b to add a tv in the bedroom and the pull out sofa could use a new mattress. Very springy. Would stay here again for sure. Can't beat the price either.
