We are a Gold Standard Hotel as designated by the Belize Tourism Board with all the required safety protocols in place.
Come and relax in our tropical Paradise. Enjoy the view of lush gardens from your porch or take a refreshing dip in our swimming pool just a few steps away. You'll delight to the sound of waves breaking or marvel at white caps out on the reef. The Second Greatest Barrier Reef in the world is just a short distance from the shore, and you'll be able to make arrangements at our neighboring dive shops for an adventure on the sea, or beneath it. If you're landlubbers, you may enjoy sunbathing on our private dock or swim and snorkel in our protected area. If you're fearless, try a parasail or windsurf. Music lovers gather in January and February to enjoy the ever famous Jerry Jeff Walker Concerts at The Palapa Bar & Grill just out our beach gate. Be sure to bring your cowboy hat!
We're only minutes walking distance to dining on the beach, shopping in town, tourist activities and water sports. We have the very best location on the Island!
Our condo is fully equipped, and we provide daily maid service. Laundy pickup is available at a minimal charge.

Honeymoon

We chose this place to be close to the beaches and city. Vary walkable. The seaweed is out of control around July. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. We enjoyed the pool. If you like a firm bed this VRBO is for you.

Overall I enjoyed my stay at Paradise Villas. It's right on the waterfront, close to many restaurants, stores, dive shops, etc. The property is very nice, the condo is nice although ours had a very leaky window, the property mgmt knew about it as there were towels already on the window sill when we arrived. The biggest issue we had was a no-show taxi on our last day to take us to the water ferry, at 5am. That left us in a really bad position to make our whole travel schedule that day. Annoying. I would stay here again, but I would not rely on property mgmt for anything.

Great location!

Nice condo in a great centralized location on the beach. Right in the center of town. Condo was clean, and well furnished. Krishan was very helpfulā€¦ picked us up at the water taxi, answered all our texts quickly, and arranged for our trip to Tropic Air for our trip back to the airport. Pool was nice. Close to great restaurants. Rented a golf cart for the 10 days we were there and explored much of the island. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect little house for vacation

The Villa is in an excellent location right on the water and within ready walking distance of everything you want. The house was clean and the kitchen has everything we needed. There was air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom. The pool was warm and not too busy. Very quiet at night. They helped us arrange a golf cart for one day too.

Overall the property served our purpose. The grounds are very nice, the pool was nice. The condo was sufficient, not fancy but clean. It is close to several restaurants and a grocery store close by. Great location. Bed was comfortable.

We enjoyed our time at Paradise Villas. Proximity to restaurants and beach bars is perfect and having the pool was greatā€¦our end of day location most days. A great place to socialize and meet other travellers. Unit is a bit older but overall fit our needs perfectly, right size for two adults and has all the amenities you need.

Paradise Villas is absolutely perfect! The location is 3-5 minute walk to town. there is a market a few minute walk from the property and the fun Palapa Bar and Grill located on the pier on the water is right out the door! The condo is very clean and the staff are super helpful! Melissa is a great host too!

Great condo in the heart of San Pedro

The condo was well appointed, clean and had everything we needed. Paradise villas even arranged for transfers to and from water taxis or airport. Melissa was great and even had cold beers waiting for us upon arrival. The villa was perfectly located for restaurants, bars, docks, grocery store and anything else we needed. We will definitely be back!

Lovely Condo, excellent location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Melissa's place. It's in a great location, only a short walk to the ferry port and center of town, and close to all amenities you would need. A great spot from which to explore the paradise of San pedro. Paradise Villas is a lovely, peaceful and well maintained community - the staff and residents are all friendly and welcoming. The unit itself is also very well maintained and stocked with all our family needed. We had a blast, and would definitely stay here again!

Cute Spot in San Pedro

My wife and I had a quick stay in San Pedro. The hostess was very responsive and arranged for us to be picked up from the water taxi. We were in Belize for our honeymoon, so she decorated the condo with a trail of flower petals and towel origami which was such a nice and thoughtful touch! The condo itself was cozy and perfect for our needs, with a convenient location. The staff helped us get a golf cart rental so we could drive to Secret Beach. We definitely recommend this place!

Excellent condo and love cation

We loved our stay! Great location for everything. Facilities were very well maintained by very friendly staff and very quiet even though the middle street it is located on is busy. Condo had everything you would need with daily housekeeping to assist you in anything you required. The owners Ken and Melissa were excellent showed us some of the local restaurants and bars out of the normal tourist areas. San Pedro is busy but very easy to get around. Will definitely return!

The location was excellent, condo was cute, very clean and well maintained. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you need! The ladies that came to clean everyday were very nice and the office staff was very helpful. Pick up and delivery back to the ferry was a breeze! We will be back.
