During your stay at this lovely condo, you can take a walk around the property's garden, hang out by the shared pool, or dip your toes in the ocean. This condo is located in the very relaxing community of Ambergris Caye, where you can enjoy the best Belize has to offer! The beach is just a few steps away. You can swim or snorkel right on the dock, and if you are feeling more adventurous, you can book a trip to the Blue Hole.

You can enjoy the beautiful beach right on the property, or you can spend a relaxing afternoon at the spa nearby. There are a couple of restaurants and bars just a few minutes away from home. You can also find a few scuba diving centers in the area where you can organize fishing, snorkeling, and scuba trips to the barrier reef. Venture a bit further and you'll be on the sands of Secret after driving five miles, while San Pedro is only six miles away.

A relaxing and recharging holiday with 5 Star wonderful support by concierge, Lourdes. Property was clean, easily accessible and very comfortable. Made for a terrific base and end of the day reception!

Beautiful Views

The views of the caribbean sea were beautiful and the location of the condo was nice. It is a bit of drive by golf cart from San Pedro, but seeing the sights along the way was an enjoyable experience. Several restaurants were close by and had delicious food. Loved seeing the iguanas each morning around the property.

Quiet Relaxing Beach Front Condo

We enjoyed our stay at the Blue Water Villa. You will need a golf cart to get around. Must make the trip to Margaritaville. There is a lot of nice restaurants around if you don't want to make the trip to town. Pool is a nice asset. You can also walk for miles on the beach front. All in all nice place to relax.

Very clean and quiet

Place is as seen in pictures. Very nice and quiet. A little farther up north than we thought ( 1/2 ) joyy it r ride in cart to and from is a little time consuming, but at the same time fun. All in all would recommend to anyone.

Beautiful view

We stayed for 2 weeks and found the kitchen to be well stocked for a vacation of this length. Maintenance issues were resolved quickly. The view from the deck beautiful but not 1 comfortable chair to enjoy it from

This place has it all. The condo is well appointed, comfortable, clean, spacious, and well equipped. The facility as a whole, is meticulously maintained. The location is secluded, absolutely beautiful and just a few minutes by golf cart to many places with tasty food. There is an opportunity to see the most scenic sunrise everyday. Beautiful place all the way around.

quiet location

quiet settings close to good restaurants. The apartment was confortable but lacked a few small items to make it truly liveable: functional can opener, dish drainer, scissors, mixing bowl, storage containers , hooks for clothes and towels in the small bathroom. No direct contact with management but only through a very efficient ground keeper. The concierge was available to organize entertainment via WhatsApp .

Cute cozy spot on the beach

Hello, the only issue we have is that the outlet in the living room behind the couch is messed up and burnt out our phone charger. This happened 10 mins after we had just arrived on Friday 06Sep3024. Please have that fixed. Above States are dates to stay where the 5th through the 12th but it was actually the 6th through the 13th.

Blue water villas Belize

The privacy away from the hustle and bustle of town was beautiful quiet with the Ocean sound coming through the patio door was amazing however the room itself was dirty less no toilet paper in the bathroom the Villa Key was left in the door when we arrived not in the lock box the A/C unit in the living room didn’t work so it was hot in there all the time no mirrors in the bedroom only one in the bathroom so you couldn’t see urself getting ready or your hair unless i’m the bathroom dead bug on the floor in the kitchen like no one cleaned it up from before. However the Villa itself over all was nice

Condo was great

My stay was very good and would book again. Although, I do have a couple of suggestions: 1. A couple of community grills would have been very nice and my group and I would have stayed and made dinner at the condo more often.2. A cleaning of the balcony walls would have been nice, there were lots of dead bug on the ceiling and walls.3. More garbage bins; they were overflowing and as a result there was garbage on the ground in the parking area.Otherwise, we had an amazing time and would definitely consider renting here again.Otherwise, I had an amazing time

Loud and uncomfortable

Awful bed, loud condo, cold pool, 4 knives and forks, dead or no batteries in remotes and the smoke alarm started chirping at 1am. Horrible experience. Poor management.

Pictures are deceiving

The apartment was....OK. the back door was TERRIBLE to open and if u shut it all the way once outside you couldn't get it back open. The bed was very hard and the shower only had half a glass door so water got all over the bathroom. Lost power one night. No generator and no candles or flashlights left for us. I wouldn't rent this space again.

Thank you for your review, Margaret. We are sorry to hear your stay at our home did not meet your expectations. We troubleshoot the entrance door and there is no problem with it, but we know the sliding doors are in the process of being replaced. The shower is designed to have glass halfway only where the shower runs. We are sorry you experienced a power outage during your stay. Unfortunately, this was out of our control as the entire island lost power a few times as they were having issues in the main central unit. Candles are not used for safety issues, and flashlights are left in the kitchen drawer to the bottom. We hope to have a chance to better impress you in the future.

Early May Visit for 1 Week

The property was just as advertised so was very pleasant. Views were breathtaking of the sea! Pool and beach were well manicured which we enjoyed very much. Condo is situated about 5 miles north of town and was very quiet and inviting...just what we were looking for to relax. All people in condo were very friendly and helpful. Ana, the concierge, was very helpful...she helped make our connections very easy...thank you!! We will definitely be back as we enjoyed our time there...wonderful place to visit and so much fun!!

Great views, no beach swimming.. but close to secret beach. Check out Sun deck restaurant next door… a local “ dive” with great food!

Perfection!

There are so many wonderful things about this condo! The unit itself is immaculate and the grounds are pristine. It is located north of the noise and hustle of San Pedro, so plan on a bit longer transit time to get there via golf cart and bring your groceries with you. The location isn't far from Secret Beach which was the highlight of our trip! Ana was very communicative and helpful and made our trip fantastic!

Very Cool

This was a great location. A few miles north of "down town" and very peaceful but still practical to get it live music and fun activities. Access was painless and communication was great. Loved it!

Great Location!

Loved the location. We don't want to be in town and love to go snorkeling north of El Norte. This was a great location. Glad to be on the ocean side but set back a bit from the road. Unit was clean and a nice size - glad to have a washer/dryer, microwave, coffee pot (although small), stove, and fridge. Comfortable bed.

Blue Water Beach Villas Awesome Place

Love Blue Water Beach Villas, all apartments here are clean, spacious, all apartments have direct access to the swimming pool and ocean, all apt have ocean views. Friendly sweet people around, thinking of buying a place here.
