You can enjoy your morning coffee in the outisde deck, listening the sound of the Caribean ocean and the morning breeze. The house has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 and bathrooms. Located in Playacar phase 1. Fully furnished and equipped. Luisa is the person in charge of the daily cleanings and if you want you can ask her to make breakfast or lunch for an extra fee that whe will charge directly on site.

Important Electricity (Hydro) Policy Weekly bookings of 1 to 26 nights include an allowance of 100 kWh per day. Electricity is not included for monthly rentals of 28 nights or more. Usage will be charged at $0.39 USD per kWh (approximately 5.60 MXN per kWh). The concierge will provide a photo and location of the meter so you may monitor your consumption. Any outstanding electricity balance must be paid at check-out by: Cash, or Credit card (5% additional processing fee applies). Or Airbnb resolution center must be paid at check out through the plattaform

House was amazing, as the location is perfect. The outside deck and patio had a very tropical and rain forest feel. The bamboo privacy fences on each side are nice touch.. we spent the week outside in pool and on the Beach. Everything was perfect. Multiple outside showers and high end patio furniture was appreciated. Indoors everything was as the pictures look. Plenty of hot water and cold AC... house keeping and pool maintenance were there every day and did a wonderful job. Would def rent again.

Many things did not work in the house.
The house is very nice, the location is awesome but I will never rent this house again. The airconditioning did not work in one room. The TVs in two rooms did not work (in both of the larger bedrooms). This is an older house with many problems. Be careful if you decide to rent this house.

Regarding your comment, I have to clarify that the TV and airconditioner worked perfect, and the problem was that you didn´t knew how to use the remotes of the TV and either the ac remote. In other hand you never made a report during your stay and I found really strange that you wait till you leave to mention this issues and on top ask for a 600 USD refund for something that we could easily fix or help you with during your stay. The house as you say is not brand new but is very well mantain by the owner who is always on top of everything as well as the crew that works for him. Is a shame that you try to get some advantage for something that you didn´t gave us the oporotunity to attend if is true that it fail due after you leave I personally check all and everything was working fine, we had guest after you that never mention anything about this items.
