PLEASE NOTE: The HOA allows 30-day minimum rentals ONLY. There are only 2 DESIGNATED PARKING spaces per unit. The garage will NOT fit an oversized vehicle/truck.

This second story Condo is in a Gated Community and approximately two and a half miles from freeway access(I-25). Close to Balloon Fiesta Park (less than five miles), Movie Theatres (four miles), Arroyo Del Oso Golf Course (four miles), Old Town (10 miles), and many restaurants nearby. Other attractions nearby. Santa Fe approximately 60 miles north, and Taos approximately 125 miles north.

The master bedroom features a king-size Westin Heavenly bed and California walk-in closet. All towels, paper products, dish washing soap and laundry detergent are provided. All appliances including a Miele front load washer and dryer are provided.

The property features two pools (opened seasonally) and a bike path close to the property (two Motiv Bikes supplied for use during your stay). The balcony has one rocking chair and one rocking bench to enjoy the views. If you're here during the Balloon Fiesta, you can usually view the balloons right from the balcony as well. *** The bike path can get you to BALLOON Festival Park if wanting to bypass driving there!***
The condo is also situated next to a balloon landing field for your enjoyment of seeing balloons land without driving to the festival.

Great and Comfortable Condo!

The condo was nice, comfortable, and well equipped. We attended the 2024 Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta, and the condo was in a central location. The balloons actually flew over the condo, and on the days we didn’t attend the Fiesta, we were able to watch the balloons from the condo up close and personal. Jeannie was an amazing host, answering our questions quickly and taking good care of our group. I highly recommend this place!

Balloon Fiesta

Our 2nd time staying at this property. Location is perfect for balloon watching and day trips out and about. Neighborhood is great for walking. Would stay there again and again and again.

Great place with everything you need!

This was a fantastic property for my husband and I to spend a month in while visiting family. The condo was full of comfy furniture, great beds, and a kitchen table that sat 6. We did a lot of cooking, and were amazed at how well the kitchen was equiped: a large selection of pots, pans, baking dishes and more; two coffee pots (one drip and one K-cup); a mini Cuisinart, and lots of storage containers. The condo also was filled with tons of supplies (pantry items, shampoo, paper products) which was greatly appreciated! It was like staying in the house of a good friend. Highly reccommend!

Highly recommended stay

From the time i booked the stay until we left Jeannie was very prompt at answering all our questions. Very easy non-contact check-in and check out and again Jeannie kept us informed of all we needed to know. The condo is very homey feel with plenty of supplies and very clean! It was a nice area and we always felt safe. We stayed during the Hot Air Ballon Fiesta and most mornings the ballons landed in the park right beside the condo so we enjoyed watching all land. It was close to everything, shopping, eating, attractions. It is a gated community as well. I would highly recommend this condo! Thanks Jeannie for making our experience in NM a pleasant one!

Fantastic Stay

We have all praise and no complaints about this property and the owners. The couple of things we would change are minor, and in fact, are beyond the owners' control. Based upon our experience, you can't go wrong staying here. We found the Hosts to be diligent, thorough and eager to make our stay there enjoyable and a pleasure to know. Exceeded all of our expectations!!

First time in Albuquerque

Very nice stay, very well equipped, all needs were met and close to a lot of places. The property manager was very professional, kind and very helpful. If we were to go back to Albuquerque we would definitely stay there again.

Home away from home

The entire experience was great! Very smooth working with Jeannie from the start with continual communication about where the condo is, how access the place, where to park, etc. In my experience staying at some places over the years, I walk in the place and everything is locked down tight. I'm usually provided with the bare minimum or have to buy it myself when I go to get my groceries i.e. paper towels, toilet paper, salt and pepper, foil. Not so at this place. I walked in and immediately felt welcomed, like I walked into a friend's home. Everything was so homey! Nothing "hotelish" about this place. Color towels, colorful sheets and blankets, and anything you could possibly need in the kitchen and baths. Shampoos, soap, lotion, and plenty of everything. The absolute best part was getting to experience the balloon fiesta from the back yard, literally! The sports field behind the condos was a take off and landing point for several balloons. It was wonderful to have them flying right over our condo. Overall, this place was great - clean, comfortable, easy access, and an agent (Jeannie) who was available and helpful. You cannot go wrong with this condo!

Wonderful stay!

I am a travel nurse and stayed in this condo for 2 1/2 months. It was absolutely perfect. It is in a gated community with beautiful views of the mountains and close to everything Albuquerque has to offer. The condo is fully furnished and includes anything and everything that you might need for a short or long stay. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. I had a question for the owner concerning the garage door and she responded immediately and addressed the issue. She was always available and easy to reach though everything was so perfect I really did not need to have much contact. I recommend this property to anyone looking to have a comfortable stay in Albuquerque. Thanks again for everything.

A Perfect Family Reunion

Our family all met in Albuquerque for a wedding and had a great time at Jeannie's condo. The accommodations were very comfortable, clean, and lovely. Our adult children and a few grands were all able to make meals in the extremely well-stocked kitchen. We were really impressed with the quality and attractiveness of the pots and pans, dishes, and appliances. We enjoyed the tour books and magazines, wifi, and the full television programming. Jeannie thought of everything including leaving a lovely note offering her assistance, if needed. We will definitely be back to this home away from home.

Winter Retreat

This was our third year staying in this property and we look forward to many more stays. Every aspect of the condo is excellent. From location, cleanliness, utility, and every other aspect of accommodation. The owner could not be more pleasant and accommoddating of the personal issues we had to deal with during our stay. We stayed at your home in Albuquerque, NM Oct. 3rd - 10th of 2015. The stay exceeded our expectations! We went for the Hot Air Balloon Fiesta. So Good!

Our house sold quicker than we expected and our new house wasn't ready for a month. This condo was great for our family of 5. It is convenient to everything in Albuquerque. Everything is provided and thought of and top quality. We couldn't have asked for a better place! Our kids loved the pools also :)

Beautiful property!

my family traveled to ABQ for a sporting event. We had a stressful schedule, but when it came time to go back to the condo the stress melted away! Having the ability to bring my family and enjoy the comforts of home made all the difference! The property was beautifully maintained and well stocked, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! Thank you!

Great location, everything you need

This condo has the perfect location. It is a very short hop to I-25 which will take you anywhere east or east and only a little farther to I-40 which will take you north and south. Great location for exploring NM. The condo is very well furnished with everything you need and the rooms are generous in size. I would not, however, recommend that more than 6 people stay here. It is obvious that a lot of thought was put towards making sure you are comfortable. There is a long flight of stairs to get up to the apartment, so anyone with serious disabilities would not want to rent this condo.

ABQ Balloon Fiesta

My family of 4 adults crew for a hot air balloon team and used this property as a base of operation for 12 days during the 2012 ABQ Balloon Fiesta. The condo is perfectly situated for quick access to the balloon field as well as shopping, dinning, and city touring. The property is adjacent to a balloon target/landing field, so balloon were passing directly overhead. The three bedrooms gave us room to spread our gear out, watch TV as a group, and wash clothes as needed. The kitchen was completely outfitted, but we did not cook. Our mornings started at 05:00am and we were out until 10:00pm on many evenings. I highly recommend this property when visiting Albuquerque. High points: central location, easy access, and property security.

I got the idea of a vacation rental when visiting San Diego, CA and staying at one. I was so pleased with the amenities, that I wanted to provide something similar in my hometown (which I love) in Albuquerque! Another influence (and most important) is my Grandfather, actually known as my Dad by most (since he raised me)- Ignacio Cordova,known as 'IGGY' by those he knows. He is a retired CMSgt. The Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force (CMSAF) is a unique non-commissioned rank in the United States Air Force. The holder of this rank and post represents the highest enlisted level of leadership in the Air Force, and as such, provides direction for the enlisted corps and represents their interests, as appropriate, to the American public, and to those in all levels of government. He also directed and lead his family. What I love about my Grandpa, is not only did he teach and discipline provided me with a 'home' not just a house. Most people that know him, recognize his saying 'Mi Casa Es Su Casa' (My house is your house). I hope that I can make my Vacation Rental feel like that for all my guests. Mi Casa Es su Casa....

I chose the ABQ Condo for many reasons. The location: it's close to freeway access, the International Balloon Fiesta, and centrally located to access most interests in Albuquerque with ease. Another Reason is that the condo is in a gated community: many of my guests like the idea of the security of a gated community. Also, there are two pools (opened seasonally) which is an amenity many families with children look for when vacationing.
