Come to Beautiful Kauai and stay in this immaculate, beautifully furnished Home in the beautiful Wailua Rise Estates. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings while also being only 5 minutes from Golf, Tennis, the Beach, Resturants, and Shopping.

Have your coffee on the large Screen Porch as you watch the birds and the large orange Flame Blossoms falling from the trees. Our Vacation home will welcome you with open arms upon your arrival, and evety day when you return from you day of island activities.

The beds are dressed in comfortable linens and there are plenty of extras, including beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers, etc. You will love preparing your dinner in the gourmet kitchen, or outside on the large, gas grill. Relax and enjoy the TV in the Den, or in one of the bedrooms.

Spacious, Lovely Home

Beautiful , spacious home in a quiet neighborhood. Kind and responsive owner. Centrally located for easy access to the whole island. Great for a family!

Kauai Rainbow House

We enjoyed this vacation house immensely. It was large and spacious and equipped to meet all our needs. The higher location was ideal for reaching hiking areas but still close enough to beach for water activities.

Great home for relaxing

House was wonderful for a party of 4 older adults. Plenty of space. Although the home is located in a housing development the site is well planned and has the look and feel of being isolated. Owners were very helpful and easily available. We would stay there again.

Great location! Convenient to the see the entire island. It was a wonderful place to relax at the end of the day. The liane was our favorite gathering place. Hosts were fantastic!

Central location, right up the street from a waterfall

Enjoyed this centrally located home. It was easy to get to all parts of the island from this location. The house was big enough for 5 of us to spread out, as well as to be in the kitchen all at the same time. This house had everything you could possibly need for a stay in Kauai!

Perfect For Our Family

This place was perfect for our family of 6 to stay at while we were in Kauai. We loved having the space to spread out a bit. Loved all the extras, like the beach equipment, and getting to know the chickens and roosters in the yard. Comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen, which was perfect for eating at home and packing up a cooler for our days out. Great communication with the owners as well. We were all really happy with our stay. Thank you!

Wailua Rise Estates

The owner has be exceptional - communicative and accommodating. We did cook there, breakfasts and a couple of dinners. The location, at first, seemed somewhat removed, but we grew to appreciate the quietude - and by car, the entire island was easily accessible. Cons? Mattresses, dishes and utensils were tired and needed replacing. The house had good spaces for us and could easily be updated to perfect.

Too much to say about this fabulous house!! Couldn’t have asked for anything more! The owners have thought of everything to make your stay amazing! Coming back as soon as we can!! 2nd Time a Charm

We highly recommend this rental. This was our 2nd stay. It was so nice to feel like we were back again. Love the elevation and temps here. Get lost in this area and the scenery is very photo friendly. The house has every possible thing you need. The host are very responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. Great tips on Restaurants too.

Garden island life

This property is for those who would like to experience the real life of the island and be close to nature. The beauty of the house is in small, pretty details. I could feel the owner’s spirituality and its belonging to the world of flora and fauna. In general, the atmosphere of the house brings you peace and harmony. Perfect house for a family of five, including a one-year-old

Perfect house for a family of five, including a one-year-old. Big backyard for the kids to run around and burn energy, TV room just for the kids to calm down, plenty of beds and space to not be on top of each other and big kitchen with everything you need! This house feels so welcoming and at home, we didn’t want to leave. Perfectly located in the middle of the island And central to all of the must sees! This house may not have an ocean view, but it makes up for it in every other element! Definitely worthy of coming back!!

Not Pleasant

The property does not come as depicted. It is tired and worn. It sits on a main road where the vehicle and motorcycles are whizzing by. Couldn't use the BBQ as both the primary and backup cannisters were void of fuel. The oven was filthy and the range partially works and has to be lit by hand. The owners operate a car rental business out of the property which means people show up at all hours to collect or return cars and this was not made aware to us in advance. This, in particular, made the ladies in our group very nervous.Need an engineering degree to operate the antiquated TV's. The landlady was very nice and tried her best to accommodate us but this was not what we signed up for.

Comfortable & Clean & Spacious.

Nice Master bed & bath. All beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed making breakfasts and feeding the chickens each morning. A very pretty and private backyard. We were gone most of the days and didn't use the tv etc. But enjoyed the nice neighborhood and spacious home - the chickens were vocal - but I think that's everywhere! We had everything we needed and didn't need to reach out to our host.

Great Kapaa Location

This was a great central location for fairly quick access to Kapaa, Poipu, and Hanalei. Enjoyed Lydgate Park for swimming and snorkeling, which was also just a short ten minute drive away. Would definitely stay here again.

Rainbow House

The house is in a convenient location, equal distance from the north and south shores where our favorite beaches are. The area is private and quiet except for the resident rooster who we grew to like. I appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of the house and the excellent communication with the owners.

The best experience

Beautiful home with gracious hosts. The home was in a nice neighborhood and not far from anything. Very clean and spacious as well. It was everything you could want in a vacation home. Would highly recommend to anyone going to Kauai. Excellent accommodations compared to any hotel.

Lovely home in the mountains

This spacious home is in a beautiful part of Kauai, where you can disappear into the mountains and absorb the spirit of the garden island. The lanai dining area and the master shower are a special plus. Hosts were very gracious. We enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful home

Clean, bright, well appointed, comfortable, spacious home about 10 minutes up the hill from the highway below. Beautiful grounds with large backyard and lovely screened lanai. This home was a real find and served my family beautifully. The hosts are super accommodating and gracious, lovely people.
