Welcome to the Island! Real Escapes Properties offers this two bedroom, two bathroom ocean front condominium located at the desirable Beach Club on St. Simons Island.

Unit No. 327 is a comfortable residence that features a fully equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area. There is seating for 4 at the dinner table and another two seats located at the kitchen counter. The master bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bathroom featuring a separate walk-in shower and a garden tub. The guest bedroom contains 2 twin beds. A second bathroom with a tub/shower combination is located just off the guest room. Balcony views are the interior courtyard and beyond to the ocean.

The Beach Club at St. Simons Island is a well-established gated community with beautifully landscaped grounds and loads of amenities. This long time destination favorite for families and couples caters to a lifestyle of comfort, convenience and leisure. Amenities include a large swimming pool, children's pool, two hot tubs, a tennis court, fitness center and business center with complimentary internet access.

While you are there, pick up some brochures featuring the bike/walking trails on the island or where to hunt for the Island Tree Spirits. Hungry? Some of the Island’s best restaurants are in walking distance. Easy walk to Crabdaddy’s, Beachcomber BBQ and Barrier Island Brewery.

Parking is available for two vehicles under the condominium complex. See NOTE below. Elevators are accessible in many different locations.

• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).
• No pets are allowed in this unit.
• Parking is available for 2 vehicles. (Two parking passes are provided). ****
• Oceanfront Beach Access, 1.5 miles to Pier Village
**** NOTE: During Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day and GA/FL - only ONE parking pass is provided.

Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 2 TVs located in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided
• Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towel and Trash Bag are in each unit. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

Customer service

Had to stop by rental office to pick up keys on way in but it was very quick and easy. We got to condo and WiFi was not working, plus we needed sheets for foldout couch. A little confusing whether the Beach Club was supposed to take care of that or Real Escapes was responsible but turned out it was Real Escapes. Our only option regarding the WiFi was to switch properties for one that was inland (even though it was bigger and more updated) but we declined in order to stay on the beach. I called right before closing about the sheets and they personally delivered them to my room on their way home from the office. Real Escapes was very kind and I would recommend staying at one of their properties in the future.

Very Relaxing

Very relaxing with a great view. I just wish it had a keypad because it was hard to keep track of the keys. Communication was excellent.

Nice property

It is dated but comfortable. The king bed needs replacing as it sags somewhat but still comfortable. It was great for two adult friends with each having their own room and bath. We would stay again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location, Beach Club is wonderful. View from 327 balcony is to die for. However a beach vacation ALSO needs comfortable beds and couches, nice bathrooms and showers, good TVs for rainy days, functional windows and screens and blinds, kitchen supplies for meals and/or entertaining. OR it is offered at such a low, attractive rental price that these things can be overlooked. Not so after multiple rental years with no updates.

Great unit but access to the beach is not ideal

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The layout was excellent and spacious and the balcony had great views. The unit had everything we needed - although the microwave and toaster oven are in need of replacement - but they worked fine and met our needs. The only issues we had were related to the building but not the unit itself. The parking garage is not good - the parking spots are way too narrow. Also, the hallways are outdated and do not give a great first impression on your way to your unit to start your vacation. The pool deck was very nice and the grounds were kept up very well. However, the walk to the beach was not pleasant - we had to walk through a flooded area between the property and the beach proper - ankle to knee deep. I am not sure if there is an engineering solution to this problem but if not, then some sort of floating pathway or bridge is needed.

Excellent location

Check in was easy. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Property was in a great location. Excellent view of the ocean. The pool is awesome. An easy walk away from some awesome restaurants. Thank you! We will return!

St Simons 2023

Condo had great access to the pool and beach and a nice view from the balcony, but the condo is tired and showing age. It needs remodeling in the bathrooms and some improvements in the kitchen. example: the bi-fold door in kitchen to laundry room is off the track and can't be securily closed. Twin mattresses are in bad shape and should be replaced. However, despite these things we had a wonderful time!

Great location

The location and amenities were great. The condo had plenty of space and a good view. As mentioned in other reviews, the condo needs a little updating. It would benefit from a fresh coat of paint and a deep cleaning. Overall, we enjoyed our weekend and would come back if there are updates.

Needs major renovation

Rusted refrigerator, cracks in kitchen sink, garbage disposal did not work, mildew in bathroom, uncomfortable beds. Kitchen not well stocked for cooking and meals. Very disappointed in unit. I have stayed in several Beach Club units and have been satisfied with all of them. This one truly disappoints.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, I want to say that Real Escapes is the best rental agency we’ve ever worked with. They are very responsive and helpful. But this particular unit has seen it’s better days. It needs a fresh paint job, lots of marks and scuffs on the walls/baseboards. The master shower needs a complete over fresh, the tile was dirty. Need new pots and pans in kitchen. Refrigerator and water heater were rusted. We still enjoyed our stay, but felt that this unit was not up to par with Beach Club standards. We did love the Beach Club property and the pool.

Will not book this again

As a one time owner and long time renter of St Simons condos, this was a disappointment. I love the Beach Club. Great location, but this unit is long past due a renovation. Cracked sink, rusted refrigerator. and not the cleanest. Would not rent #327 again.,

Reviewer Comments: The only reason we stayed in this unit was because the home we had rented from Real Escapes was rodent and cockroach infested. Real Escapes moved us to Beach Club, but charged us more to move us there. Of course their went the budget. We did appreciate that they moved us that night. This unit needs updated and the carpets are filthy. It is a good beach location and has a good view.

Beach Access, Pool, and Family Friendly Unit

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great stay for our family on a long Spring Break weekend. Kitchen was nice to prevent from having to eat all meals out. Private access to beach with feet/sand washing station. Beautiful pool! You can tell the Unit has seen a lot of great time; overall, clean and great for kids. About 0.5 miles from restaurants and 1.5 miles from downtown.
