Private location yet very close to the best white sand beaches at the SeaPines Beach Club, this spacious, sunny villa promises a memorable HHI vacation. Your family will love the beautiful new kitchen remodeling completed in 2025-gorgeous cabinets, counters and a convenient breakfast bar, complete with new appliances to make those shared meals at the property memorable. Hassle free with all linens, beach chairs and towels included. Ideal for two families, this villa sleeps seven comfortably with two king bedrooms, a third bedroom with two twins beds as well as a day bed in the upstairs loft area.
Ride the two free bikes on over 20 miles of shady bike paths, many with low intensity lighting for biking at night. Harbour Town is a mile away and South Beach Marina is just 2.5 miles. Full riding stables with guided tours into the 600 acre forest preserve. Free petting zoo for all ages and electric boat eco tours. One of the best features of this villa is the large screened in porch overlooking a fairway on the Atlantic Dunes Golf Course. Free tennis at a private club in the afternoons, two complimentary bikes, and a free gym membership to Breakthrough Fitness All that is missing is your family. This villa is pet friendly, but please note that we have a pet fee, so please be sure your pet is listed in the guest count as you book so that your quote will be accurate.

Please note this property does not have a neighborhood pool. Pool access is through the newly remodeled South Beach Pool, located 3 miles from the villa by the marina. Passes are $125 for a family weekly pass. Daily and individual passes are available. For details and to register visit southbeachpool.com.

Check in is a breeze as we mail your vehicle pass and door code to you ahead of your arrival, eliminating the need for a stop at the Welcome Center or security.

Great location

Had a minor hiccup with getting the property pass and the washer didn’t work but the owners were extremely responsive and able to accommodate our needs. Overall great experience. Awesome location as well!!

Comfortable

All the necessities were there and added touches. Extra beach towels, beach toys, bikes, toiletries, welcoming bottle of wine, games, puzzles, dog sheets( which we used on the furniture). We had a very pleasant stay. Thank you!

End of March at #29 Lighthouse Villas

Loved this dog friendly villa and it's location! Screen porch a definite plus. The mosquitos were a problem, especially in front entrance area and I'd suggest the owners remove the carpet in the master bedroom, which was dirty and stained. Otherwise a great stay and we'd love to come back!

Nice stay

Overall the place was exactly as advertised. It was comfortable and the kids really found it luxurious! That’s high praise from teenagers. I really appreciated the washer and dryer, the grill, and the bikes! The only thing that didn’t work was the Roku on the tvs, but that was fine because I had brought a laptop with hdmi cord, however that would have been really frustrating if I hadn’t.

Easy Breezy Stay

Nice property and good location. It is better to bike to beach instead of walking with gear. Wonderful bike trails and gracious hosts to provide 2 bikes on site. Easy check in & check out process. No problems with condo & enough kitchen gear to cook a decent meal. Clean appliances and clean rooms. The condo could use a deep clean, but does not interfere with quality of stay. Lovely screened in porch area. We enjoyed our visit.

Hilton Head golf view oasis

Everything our large family needed for our 7 day stay! Kitchen had everything we needed. Everything was clean and ready for our arrival. Bikes, umbrella, beach chairs, even beach towels! I had not read the details when sent, but when I messaged I was able to receive the help I needed right away! Accommodations were perfect. Master suite on main level for the mother in law, twins for the kids, even a day bed for those nights when my husband was snoring :) we found great food at many restaurants in the area. The bike trails made the trip exciting. Beach club made the perfect beach days! Thanks so much for sharing your space!

Summer getaway 2023

Had a great stay at Villa #29 with family and friends. It was within 1/2 mile to beach and bikes are the only way to go! The villa was basically clean but not deep cleaned as noted in other reviews of this same villa. No negatives on amenities, layout, nor space. Only improvement is a deep clean occur including wipe down (with Murphy oil soap solution) of all tri-panel doors, baseboards, towel holders, and any space above trim and mirrors. Some of the “dust” has been there awhile and wipes off with a little elbow grease. This was evident in the upstairs restroom where the towel holders had baked on dust. Otherwise, even though this is a pet friendly villa, very clean and almost odorless. Would definitely stay here again but maybe at a less expensive time.

Spacious pet-friendly villa

We booked a last minute trip over July 4th weekend and needed a dog-friendly rental. This villa was a terrific option! We had only 3 adults, so did not need all the bedrooms, but appreciated the first floor primary suite. Our daughter enjoyed the upstairs day bed in the loft area where she could hang out and be separate from us, but still included in conversations when desired. There was plenty of living space, and we all took advantage of the screened in porch (especially during July, when you know, mosquitos). This villa and many others in the complex are pet friendly, so even our dog made a new friend. The location was terrific, with easy access to the Beach Club and Frasier's Tavern, and a nice bike ride to South Beach area for some pickleball and dining options. The pass to the nearby gym was very much appreciated, as where the bicycles provided. Jessica was incredibly helpful both before and during our arrival. The microwave died during our visit, and we had a replacement within the hour! She and her team were friendly and professional, and we really appreciated them. We will definitely consider them for our next rental.

Great location & dog friendly

We had a great experience at this condo/townhouse and would definitely book this property again. It was waking distance to the beach and dog friendly which was extremely important!

Super Location

This Lighthouse Road villa was perfect for our trip as was exactly as portrayed. It was a roomy, clean and well appointed. The screened porch was ideal and private, and it is just a short walk to the Beach Club...an ideal location! It was easy to book and check in...and we would recommend it without reservation and would definitely stay there again!

Satisfactory stay

Easy process, great location, price was good for us this year. Dog friendly unit with sheets available to cover furniture was helpful; we had sofa covered all week just to be safe. Vacuumed ourselves a few times too. However, the cleaning service may want to step it up a bit. Cleanliness was just "ok", but that's no reflection on owner. Service may want to vacuum under things. May want to replace little details, like light bulbs, broken window blinds that have been taped together, bedroom bureau drawers were kinda sandy or dirty, kitchen items put away dirty (we cleaned before we used anything). Overall, was a good stay.

Good not Great

The location of the property was perfect, in the middle of everything Sea Pines has to offer. We were so grateful for the 2 bikes that were included with the rental, which we used each and everyday of our stay. We were also given a discount with South Beach bike rental for staying here. The fact that the rental included the ability to bring our dog was perfect. He loved the beach as much as we did. We did have issues with communicating with the management team. First, upon arriving, the code we were given did not open the door. Upon calling to verify, the person we spoke with was short and rude with me on the phone. Not offering an apology instead sounding accusatory as if I caused the issue. To top it off when I was given the new code I was promptly hung up on. I sent an email regarding pool and tennis access and the response came nearly 24 hours later, a day into our 4 day stay. We loved the location and the fact that we could bring our pet, so we would definitely stay again.

Fun stay at Hilton Head

Loved the condo, plenty of sleeping area and privacy, had first floor master, and an upstairs lift/ sitting room which was nice to just hang out in. Loved the screened in porch, nice decor. Kitchen well equipped, we didn't even go out to eat! Appreciated the stacked washer and dryer unit. Location great, could walk to beach in about 14 minutes at a leisurely pace. Parking at beach limited to first 50 cars from our development, so sometimes we had one of us drop off the others, then walk back. They have a trolley, but wasn't real convenient.Beautiful area, also close to Harbortown shops and restaurants. Great communication with hosts.

Great Experience!

The property owners were Awesome - I miss booked thinking we had one more day. They were so kind and understanding. We would have stayed longer but it was already rented by another family. We will definitely return.
