Deluxe Waterfront Third Floor End Unit Penthouse with Three Balcony's and Cathedral Ceilings- All located 20 FEET from the The Water -DIRECT CLEAR VIEWS- Features Private pool 15 feet from the unit. Great views and modern unit. Our quiet smaller private condo complex has 18 units with on site dock, boat launch ramp, extra parking, storage closet and elevator. Boating, fishing, lobster and water sports paradise.

The open floor plan offers water views from the living room, dining room, kitchen and master suite from the privacy of your end unit 1,000 square foot condo. Second bedroom with its own full bathroom overlooks golf course. Best views and location in the Keys! Elevator right there.

Your deep water boat slip accommodates up to 32 foot boat at your doorstep as well as cement boat ramp on site.



The fully furnished master bedroom has a queen bed, a new 42 inch flat screen TV, your own private bath, full size closet with a large window that opens to the water. The second bedroom has two (2) twin beds, closet and its own new smart TV. The rest of your home away from home has a second full bath, a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a living room with pull-out queen sofa, love seat, lounging chair and a new 65 inch wide screen smart TV. An elevator is available to take you from the parking lot 2 floors up, just steps away from your front door. We have many items for children also.

Condo is 2 miles from one of the best sandy beaches in the Florida Keys!!

One side of the building faces the water and the other side a golf course, you are less than a mile from Publix, Win Dixie, Wallgreens, UPS store, CVS and many others. Monthly only for January February and March please

We have a complete 'Guide To The Keys' reference book on site with attractions, places to go, menus, rentals, maps and more.

Too short

It was nice with a great view. We enjoyed the weather, best in the country for 2024. Thats what we went for. The pool was nice too.

Great Location

The only reason I'm not giving this place a 5 star rating, is because there was very loud repairs going on at the condo. The workers started using jack hammers, and cement saws around 7:30am almost every day. The location is perfect for anyone staying in Marathon. Stores and restaurants are very close by. Our family enjoyed are stay very much, and the host was very nice. We brought our 27' boat, and the onsite slip and boat ramp were super convenient. There was also extra parking for our boat trailer. The fishing off the condo bulkhead was really good too. We caught tarpon, snappers, sharks, and even a big snook. The view of Boot Key Harbor was fantastic with it's amazing sunsets. The condo had plenty of room for our family of four. The condo residents were very nice to us also. We would definitely stay here again.

Marathon Key

The Condo is in a great location with prefect sunsets over the harbor every evening. John was very easy to communicate with and made sure to address any concerns we had😊 The only slight annoyance was that there were necessary repairs taking place the two weeks of our stay and the noise started early so a quiet day at the pool generally was not possible. This also created a lot of dust making sitting on the balcony impossible st times. Instead we headed out in the boat and came back to enjoy the quiet and sunsets in the evening. Once construction workers finish it will the prefect place all around.

Great area!

Great area with a nice water view! This owner is easy to communicate with for anything. The condo is a little dated but we really enjoyed our stay!

Great location

We spent the month of March here, despite Corona virus causing closing of many businesses. Perfect sized for us. Everyone really friendly. Beautiful sunsets.

Keys Escape With a View

The family and I had a wonderful needed escape in a comfortable condo with a view. This is a top floor corner unit which provides a great view of the harbor. The screened in balcony was ideal for grilling at sunset and we enjoyed the the pelicans flying by at eye level. The comfort and amenities made us feel at home and we look forward to the next stay.

Great Stay In Paradise

My husband and I had the opportunity to stay in John & Beth's beautiful condo over the week of July 4th. We really appreciated that we were able to start our rental on a Sunday which really helped with our schedule. We slept like babies in the comfortable beds and woke up every morning to a view of paradise! It was wonderful being able to keep our boat right there in the water, so easy to go for a ride! The condo was clean, comfortable and was just as described. We really felt at home here. Enjoyed great seafood all week, dining at the Keys Fisheries, Cracked Conch Cafe, and Seven Mile Grill. Also the BEST Italian at Frank's, not to be missed. Hated to leave and hope we get the opportunity to make a return visit here again soon! Thanks John & Beth for sharing your little piece of heaven with us!

Relaxing Vacation

We arrived on June 10, 2012, and stayed for 2 weeks with our kids. What a beautiful place. The listing photos are very real. It's sure a home away from home, a little bit of paradise for sure. I would highly recommend staying here. The condo was extremely clean and fully equipped. The panaramic view was wonderful, and the sunsets were amazing. When staying here I would recommend going the the Dolphin Research Center. A little costly, but well worth your money. We also did some snorkeling and went to Key West. We all had the best time here. If were around this area again we would definately stay here again. John & Beth answered all our questions promptly and very helpful. Thanks again John & Beth.

Excellent location

The condo was as described in the listing. The communication with John the owner was good. He returned every inquiry and responded appropriately to all situations. He was informative about the local area as well. I would recommend the property to all. We will return if our future holds another Keys trip. The sunset view off the patio is better than any available in the area! We stayed for 13 nights.

WONDERFUL

we had the most awesome time staying at John and Beths penthouse, family bonding after our son finished up his summer classes in college.The sunsets were incredible viewing them right from the porch while dinner was cooking! Having a boat dock available was a plus! Parking was perfect, close to the elevator.The unit's upgraded kitchen was beautiful and had everything we needed. Plenty of towels to shower with after those long days out on the boat.Pool was well kept and freshwater!(so many places in keys have saltwater pools!) We caught 40 lobster and two 30lb grouper along with misc. other fish. Along with fishing/lobstering had a great time snorkeling nearby reefs. Location is perfect grocery stores/pharmacy about a block away! John and Beth were very accomodating and easy to contact.Can't wait to extend our stay next summer! very clean and well maintained. Would defintely recommend and the pictures posted are accurate. p.s.per my husband Bill... we have been going to the Keys for lobster season for over 30 years and by far this is the nicest accomodation we have stayed in! an added plus was the big screen tv for them to watch ESPN!!!

The condo was awesome. Everything about our stay here was enjoyable. The accomodations were clean and well kept. The guide book in the condo is very helpful. The pool was great. The views were unbelievable. We fished every morning from the dock. We saw barracuda,eel and nurse sharks from the dock. The owners were pleasant and very helpful.

What an awesome vacation....

What an awesome vacation. The condo was perfect. Great location, right on the water and the pool was so relaxing. If you love taking pictures and enjoying beautiful sunsets the balcony is the place to be. We will definitely be back. The area is quiet and the condo is clean and well kept.

If you are looking to jus...

If you are looking to just kick back and relax, this place has it all! Close to the water, easy to get to, nice amenities. Situated halfway between KW and Key Largo, the location allows touring up and down the entire length of the keys. Sombrero Beach less than 10 minutes; Bahia Honda SP less than 1/2 hr; great fishing & restaurants; nice pool; a definite return for us.

Beautiful sunsets overloo...

Beautiful sunsets overlooking harbor. Close to shopping, restaurants, and the park. Great area for boating, fishing and sightseeing. Very clean and well equipped accomidations. We highly recommend this rental to others. We will return!! We loved it!!

It faces west and south for the BEST sunset views around. This third floor is private and lets you see the birds flying by the wrap around glass door walls. Elevator is right down the hall.

We have a great wrap around view of the water, boats and the sunsets. Our private dock and slip allows you to keep your boat in sight from the condo and there are 7 places to eat on the water within a mile of you! This is PARADISE!
