You will love the open floorplan of this 3-bed, 3-bath end unit in Palmetto Dunes! The soaring cathedral ceilings in the spacious living room allow plenty of space for entertaining with fabulous lagoon views. The large sliding glass doors open up to your private patio, where you can relax and enjoy the scenery. In addition, Abbington is just a short walk to the beach! Guests staying at 114 Abbington can access the beach and the pools at Hampton Place and Barrington complexes across the street, either to your right or left.

Great stay on Hilton Head!

I was down here for a conference at the Hilton. It was close and accessible. Management was helpful. Beach was close and accessible.

Thanksgiving Stay @ HHI

The property was exactly as advertised! Well appointed, very comfortable, with a great, central location. We've been visiting HHI for 20+ years, and Palmetto Dunes is always a fantastic place to stay. The Vacation Company was unbelievably helpful. First time using them, but will ALWAYS use them for ALL future visits!

The entire process was seamless. The property is definitely “5 star.” Plenty of room and excellent location. Everything in the unit worked and there were some really great details.

The perfect home for our family vacation in HHI!

We absolutely loved our stay at 114 Abbington! The house was immaculately clean. The floors and bathrooms were brand new. The kitchen, although not large, was equipped with everything we could have needed and more. We loved the beautiful views of the lagoon and enjoyed the back deck immensely. We would highly recommend and hope to return!

Wonderful!!

We had an awesome 6 nights at 114 Abbington ! The condo was very spacious for the 5 of us. Great location in PD too. We used our discount to rent bikes and beach chairs. All in all had a fabulous time! Vacay company was very responsive as well. Would definitely rent again!

Great Thanksgiving

Decided to come down for Thanksgiving with the ‘rents and this property was excellent, accessible and the kitchen was top notch to cook all the days food needs. The fireplace would have been nice to use but it’s not allowed to renters. All new appliances and the beds were comfortable. We might switch to these units instead of the Hampton/Windsor units we usually stay at.

Convenient and quaint

We had such a large group we divided over two adjacent properties. The close proximity was perfect for our needs. Not far at all from the beach.

Good location

Nice home, clean, comfortable, everything we needed. Easy walk to nearby pools and beach. While nice in its own right, I suspect this home is more enjoyable if you rent bikes with baskets as we did. I think we got in the car twice during our week stay but were easily able to access all of Palmetto Dunes and Shelter Cove.

Lovely Unit for a Relaxing Week at the Beach

Nicely decorated and well equipped unit that very comfortably accommodates six. The downstairs master bath has been recently renovated. While the other two baths were dated, they were very well maintained and clean. The walk to the beach was a little further than I expected as there is no access at the condos immediately across the street. The walk was fine as we had adults and teens in our group, but would be a consideration for families with younger kids. Loved the deck and lagoon out back. Very relaxing spot and we enjoyed seeing alligators, flying fish, owls, etc. The management company made for easy check-in and out, and provided enough toilet paper, soaps, etc. to get us through our stay. Made for a very enjoyable and relaxing stay at the beach!
