We had a great time! Loved the layout of the unit is great, and Marina Sol is a wonderful complex. Nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit.

Excellent location

The location of the resort is an easy walk to either the beach or marina. There are many shops and restaurants close by as well. On the resort there is a restaurant by the pool and one inside the lobby both with excellent food and service. The unit itself is great value and our only complaint would be that the mattresses, in both rooms, were quite old and in need of replacement.

great location and condo size.

The place is within walking distance of Medano beach, marina and downtown. The place was clean and check-in was easy. The grill was out of propane. The twin beds were small for my 19 yr old son (6 ft tall) so he moved to the couch some nights when he could not sleep. Lots of towels provided so you can use them for the pool or beach. Wifi was great. Would stay again.

We loved it!

Location, location, location!! This condo is in a perfect location! We walked everywhere and the beach is only two blocks away! The inside court yard with the pool is beautiful. We never used the pool, because who would with a beautiful ocean and open bars/restaurants two blocks away!! We had a wonderful time and would stay at this condo again! Fredy was awesome!! He picked us up and took us back to the airport, took us to the grocery store when we first came in and gave us great recommendations of where to eat and what to do. Can't wait until our next trip to Cabo and would love to stay here again!

Wonderful Stay at Marina Sol!

This was our first time in Cabo and I absolutely would stay at this condo complex again. The location is incredibly easy walking to where ever you want to go and the grounds themselves are perfect. After visiting many of the newer hotels/condos in Cabo, I realized what a treasure it is that the grounds have grass and plants. The complex felt incredibly safe--we were able to let our kids (8 and 10) run around by themselves because the whole facility is gated. It doesn't have a "pool scene" meaning there is no loud music or obnoxious drunk people at the pool. What it does have is a lovely, quiet pool with many lounge chairs and the nicest other people staying there. This specific unit met all our needs and I'd stay in it again. The furniture and beds were comfortable and everything worked as advertised. Thank you so much for the great stay!

Great Location and Perfect for our Family.

Check-in procedure was easy, with the front desk expecting our group. The flat is approx 30-40 minutes from the airport. We were provided the electronic lock code prior to arrival, making entry to the flat uneventful. Upon entering the property, it was exactly as pictured. A gate pass was included to make exiting directly through the road easy (avoiding bringing sand from the beach through the lobby) The flat is in a perfect location only a few blocks from the marina, grocery store, and beach. We were traveling with twin 4 year olds, so we cannot comment on the club scene, but other than 21h30 fireworks every night, the location is as quiet as expected for a central flat. Mr. Cuomo was very helpful both before and during our stay. The flat is highly recommended.

the place was clean but no help to even getting into the door Never saw or heard from Yolanda...Security showed us how to get into the condo Very disappointed with lack of service No towels no help whatsoever

Sorry you did not enjoy your stay. There is a closet full of towels right at the entrance to the bathroom. I will check with Yolanda as to what happened. She is there almost every day.

New year in cabo

We really enjoyed our stay in cabo. Marina sol is a great location close to everything. Our condo was perfect for our family it was everything we saw in pictures and were told it had. It worked perfect for us and we would definitely stay again. Lee was great to deal with and made everything simple. Thanks

Grest condo, Great location!!

We enjoyed our stay at Marina Sol. Condo was clean and as described. The restaurant staff at the Oasis was excellent. We caught some fish and they made ceviche. Great location. Close to the beach and marina.

Fun in Cabo

Bart was very easy to work with, responsive and helpful with suggestions about everything in Cabo. My family had been to Cabo before, but it is always-always better to go with an expert who has the inside knowledge and expertise when planning a trip. We rented both the condos Bart offered as we traveled with family. The condos were as advertised, the resort was quiet and we loved the bar/restaurant on the property. We had several meals there and the wait staff is so friendly. Your guest letter was helpful too. The condos are so convenient to everything and it was nice to be able to walk everywhere and not take taxis--but they were there if needed! So close to good restaurants, bars, the beach and downtown for shopping in the markets. The kids and my wife really enjoyed horseback riding on the beach at sunset. The sunset that day was spectacular (but when are they not at Cabo). The wine/jazz catamaran cruise we took was fun too. We got to see a lot of whales and enjoyed the sunset on the catamaran too! My youngest daughter celebrated her 21st birthday on the beach at Billygans, and our clan went parasailing, glass bottomed boating and basically did everything Medano Beach has to offer. We fished for 2 days with Pisces--Yahoo and Cap’n Ricardo was great. We caught plenty of Mahi and Striped Marlin. The restaurant on the property cooked the fish one night for us and we all enjoyed it! Of course we ate at all the great restaurants you recommended and enjoyed the nightlife, but my favorite was spending New Year’s Eve at Nikki Beach--that was a blast! We will definately come back and visit your condos again soon!

Wonderful time!!!

Just returned from a wonderful girls trip, staying in the 2 bedroom unit. This condo is exactly as described and was updated last summer. It is very comfortable, nicely furnished, the complex has lots of amenities (pool, restaurant/bar, spa, mini market, wifi, rec center) and the location is ideal. We had a car but the condo is very close to everything so we walked or took a water taxi. The condo is 1 block from the beach, the marina, restaurants and bars, nightlife and shopping. Bart, the owner, is very responsive to questions and provides a lot of helpful information, especially for first time travelers to Cabo San Lucas. I highly recommend this condo. It's on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator so it is not well suited for people with disabilities or those who are unable to handle 3 flights of stairs.
