This fully tiled 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is located on the Gulf Side of the Palm Bay Tower. This unit comfortably sleeps six adults. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bathroom and is equipped with a large 50" flat screen TV with HD TV service. The guest bedroom has two full size beds with a 50" flat screen TV with HD TV service, with an additional bathroom. The open kitchen, dining room and large living room area offers all the amenities needed for entertaining with family and friends which includes a large 65" flat screen TV with HD service as well. The best part of this condo is the beautiful panoramic views of the beach during the day and the most spectacular sunset you will ever see! The balcony has been incorporated into the living room to afford more space. Pack your bags and head to your home away from home in Siesta Key.

The condo and the resort were wonderful! The view was amazing. The condo itself was very clean and nice. The property was well kept and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.It was well furnished. Minor but would have loved to have had paper towels and dishwasher detergent but we were able to buy some after the fact - otherwise, well furnished. Appliances and organization was great! We would love to visit this place again!

Beautiful condo, great location!!

The condo was beautiful just like the pictures. Access to beach was so convenient. Easy checkin with on property office. Very secure gated property. Access limited to guests so beach wasn’t crowded. Service available to have umbrellas and chairs setup daily.

Palm Bay Club - beautiful beachfront unit

Our family of 5 stayed last week for a few days. Some places make you stay a whole week, so we were pleased with that flexibility. Beautiful property - the beach was clean and not crowded like some of the other properties (we walked along the whole beach and this was a really nice stretch of it). They set up your chairs for you as a courtesy. The unit was clean and well-equipped. Could have used some paper towels upon arrival, but tissues and some basic things were there, which was helpful! The walls are a little thin between the master bedroom and family room/kitchen, but not a big deal. Would love it if they supplied a tent or umbrellas, so we wouldn’t have to pay for renting our own, but this was not expected and perhaps they aren’t allowed??? Didn’t get to enjoy the pools, so I can’t comment on them. Overall, we enjoyed our visit and would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

Very clean, Great location

We had a great long weekend in this condo. It was very clean and well decorated. We also loved the location.The front desk and any staff we came across were super helpful. We felt like most of the places we wanted to visit were within walking distance, but also enjoyed the convenience of the trolley.

After hurricanes, getting canceled from a prior place, unit 23 at PalmBay was available on short notice. very nice staff, beach was groomed daily & efficiently ...unlike others in area. Pools were awesome Unit 23 was beautiful and the view of sunsets each night from the large floor to ceiling windows was amazing. Had everything we needed to grill or cook in and relax!

Amazing Stay!

This place is amazing. Location is awesome and beach amenities were great as well. Looking to book again soon! Few key notes: 1) beach chairs are free with the facility but there is a cost for an umbrella or canopy if you want and no need to book ahead as there are attendants right at the beach. 2) there are no beach toys in the unit - though we left some and there are various stores around that sell them pretty cheap.

Perfect EVERYTHING

Where do I even start?!? The resort sits on about a half mile long, beachfront property that is absolutely gorgeous. The sand is amazingly soft and perfectly maintained everyday. The water was body temp and clear. The surf was just enough for a little motion but not large enough that you have to worry about the kids getting hurt. The room was tastefully designed and updated. The view from the room was to die for. Plenty of room and then some for a family of 5. Bedrooms were oversized with their own full baths. If this place is ever for sale you’ll never outbid me. Oh, the staff were super friendly and helpful. We’ve been fortunate enough to go on a bunch of vacations but I think this place takes the cake for Florida beach destination resorts! Price was more than fair too!

Perfect Beach Stay

This property was even better than the listing. It is so clean and has superior finishes. It comes well stocked and is in the perfect location. We enjoyed every minute of our six night stay. We look forward to coming back to this property in the future. I highly recommend using the Costal Concierge Service as well. Our groceries were already in the unit with cold item in the fridge. They gave great recommendations for activities, dining, and were available at the touch if a finger tip.

10th Birthday Trip

Overall, our stay at unit 23 in Palm Bay Resort was great. The unit was clean and well-stocked. However, we did have one complaint: the comforter in the master bedroom had a blood stain and some other unknown white substance on the inside (the side that touches the bed sheets). We promptly called the office to request a replacement comforter and new bed sheets. Unfortunately, they were not very receptive to our complaint and insisted that it wasn’t their responsibility to change the bed sheets; we would need to do it ourselves. Frustrated, we asked for a manager to call us back, as this situation was unacceptable. After about 10 minutes, two workers arrived at our door with clean sheets. Neither of them spoke English. Moments later, a third worker, who had limited English proficiency, changed our sheets and removed the stained comforter. Surprisingly, no other issues arose during the rest of our stay. Our feedback is that the office staff should be more attentive to renters’ complaints and avoid being combative.
