To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The master bedroom is furnished with two queen size beds with a 42" flat screen TV. The guest bedroom has a king sized bed with a 32" flat screen TV. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower, while the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine. The living room is equipped with a 55" flat screen TV with DTV service for your entertainment. The unit also is equipped with a stackable washer and dryer. There is beautiful tile throughout the unit, with carpeting in the bedrooms. The comfortably furnished screened- in patio allows you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes. Please Note: Payments will be automatically taken on the date they are due with the credit card given at the time of booking. Changing units is considered a cancellation and all cancellation policies apply.
We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.
