This gulf front condo is in the Grand Tower, located on the third floor directly facing the beautiful white sugar sand beach on the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen is open with a bar seating for two on bar stools, also fully equipped with a full size refrigerator, stove, and built in microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, Keurig coffee machine and toaster. The living room is furnished with a sofa, love seat and two swivel chairs. The 48 inch flat screen HD television is mounted on the wall for better viewing pleasure. The dining room has a table with seating for six. The master bedroom has 2 full size beds with a 32 inch flat screen television. The master bathroom is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two full size beds with a 39 inch flat screen television. The guest bathroom is also a full bathroom with tub/ shower combination. Tile floors throughout the unit. The private screened balcony has chairs and end table for enjoying the ocean breezes. Protected sea grapes have obscured the views.Deposit & Cancellation Policy:

We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.
