This third floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. For your convenience, the building has an elevator. Because of its central location, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbeques. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people.
